12/29/86-1/2/1987 was a rerun of the debut 9/15-9/19/1986 week. This would have been the 465th episode USA aired, as they started airing Davidson Squares with 1988-89, and then 1987-88, and then 1986-87. This would put the USA airdate for this episode sometime in June or July 1991.

24:13 A Contestant Lost the Hollywood Squares and won a Home Version of America's Favorite Answer and Question Game Show Jeopardy! from Pressman Toys (Coincidentally both Jeopardy! and Hollywood Squares were on Syndication as well as Jeopardy's Sister Show: Wheel of Fortune hosted by Pat Sajak and Vanna White)
