You don't, the game automatically assigns pronouns that fit the gender you pick and if you want them not to you have to manually change them. If you're okay with the pronouns matching your gender you just don't change them. Why go out of your way to defend a little man baby
From the title and the comments I completely misinterpreted the pronouns thing by thinking that they didn't put it in and people are getting mad at a game developer for not having enough time to do that... That said it's even more childish for getting angry at them for doing this, because ever since Star Trek there have been Syfy settings that are just very progressive and if you have a problem with that then I'm sorry but you need to find another setting to explore
Edit: and to be fair are the whole argument for not putting it in games falls apart when you realize that you can just... ya know, pick the non-controversial options for people who like to complain about this

But I don’t think it’s games getting softer, sure if it has no use for it it’s stupid from a gameplay perspective, but if it makes someone feel good then it’s fine. I don’t think pronoun selection will make the content in games more soft at all but I can see where your coming from. But still it’s 2023 it’s kind of the norm these days and if makes someone feel included I don’t see a problem with it.
