Lol tell me if im wrong but,I was taught to number my fingers like, 1,2,3,4 starting with your index finger and going to your pinkie. I was also taught that your second finger (middle finger) is what you use to play Am. Please tell me if im wrong lol
If you are going from strings G-C-E-A it’s 4-3-2-1. You can use either middle or pointer finger for the Am. Majority of the time you will play it with your middle finger because it’s an easier transition from Am to F chord. Hope that helps.
