    Good video. Thanks for sharing. Going there in a few months. Done a ton of research of the area and hotels and many of the comments are similar with each resort.

    Just went with my girlfriend and I definitely enjoyed the trip! Food is subpar, not bad but just not what you would expect. The bartenders are amazing! The staff for the most part try their hardest to be as polite as possible. Ocean is a bit rocky by Dreams but still nice! They had quite about of things to do at night.

    Good Review. We're going in august for a wedding, i've noticed the more recent reviews have been much lower than what they were in the past.

      They could definitely step up the luxury features and the food. The property is beautiful and the staff were great. Beautiful location for a wedding❤️

    Jello, unflavored jello is added to many desserts in Mexico. I feel it is used to helps with stability in a hot humid environment.

    thanks for the video, considering it for my wedding. were they strict with mask wearing?

    • @JuliaLives1111
      @JuliaLives1111  2 роки тому +1

      The only time I saw the staff offer anyone a mask was directly in front of food (buffet, outdoor grill) and in the gym. Horatio who worked at the gym told me they were letting it go until that week when the resort had a lot of guests. I was in the gym early in the morning and he didn't care if I wore a mask. Beautiful spot for a wedding. Congratulations!

    Do you know if men definitely have to wear long pants to most of the restaurants? I saw online that they say casual elegance requires men to wear long pants

    • @JuliaLives1111
      @JuliaLives1111  2 роки тому

      I'd bring a pair of pants just in case, but I saw men in shorts. The buffet was not open for dinner, so that may affect leniency with the dress code.

    It’s all inclusive right? Like the ice cream and restaurant is free?

    • @JuliaLives1111
      @JuliaLives1111  2 роки тому +1

      Oh yeah! It's all included and there's no limit. You can order extra entrees at the restaurants if the mood strikes you.

    Food service provides desserts that are frozen ready to serve. Probably why wet feeling

    Our room was skipped 2 times for house keeping. Be careful because we paid for a great room and they downgraded us to another room.

      I witnessed a family at check-in disputing their room assignments as they were traveling with small children and booked adjoining rooms, but were given two separate rooms. We also had to call for housekeeping at least once.

      I went at Christmas, the most expensive time of year. July and August are the cheapest. Airfare is also a factor. Enjoy your trip!

      Tulum is beautiful, but at $9,000 for 3 people, there’s room for improvement. I’ve traveled to Mexico dozens of times starting in 1996. I’ve paid a lot less and had much better food.
