We went to this resort a while ago and we would really like to go back We found the service to be fantastic They could not do enough for you The staff really made a huge impression on us

Thanks for your detailed video! Did you have to pay extra for the all inclusive meal plan once you got to the resort? Online it seems as if only breakfast is included, but it is not very specific about the rest of the meals, what was your experience like in that respect? Thank you!
Hey Pamela! The room rates include all the meals and drinks (including top shelf alcohol).
Is it a private beach? Was it a packed hotel?? Loved your video btw!!!🥰
Yes, there is a long private beach - be advised: this is not on the Tulum Beach (which is about 15mins drive away)

What transportation method did you use from airport to resort? What do you recommend? We will be going November 2021.
We drove but I would recommend you reach out to the hotel concierge for options.
I'm going in April! How were the mosquitos? Were food and drinks good quality and easy to access any time of the day?
The mosquitos were not bad at all but it is winter here at the moment and fairly dry. When it is hot and humid, they tend to come out more, so remember to bring repellent (particular if you are planning on travelling inland - to the Coba ruins for instance). Dinner at the restaurants is really good and breakfast/lunch is standard. Snacks are available at Coco in between meal hours. You will have a great time!

hola buen día, usted que ya visito los complejos de dreams tulum y dreams natura, cual es la mejor opcion en cuanto a playa y entretenimiento para pequeños, viajare en mayo con dos pequeños de 7 y 2 años.
Hola Gustavo! En lo personal, creo que Dreams Tulum tiene la mejor playa pero Dreams Natura los mejores cuartos y las mejores actividades para niños. Espero le sirva :)
Was their Entertainment team pretty active? We were there 5 years ago and Dreams Tulum in my opinion has the best Entertainment team. What is the Entertainment team like during Covid?
Yes it was! There were all sorts of entertainment going on in the the day (beach volleyball, zumba, etc) and shows at night. For the shows, the seating is pretty spaced out (the square is really large!).
Were there long lines for breakfast???
Not when we were there...(it may depend on the time you have breakfast)

Did you enjoy the resort? Would you choose a different resort if you had a choice to have a wedding?
That's a tough question as there are so many venue options in the area...but if I had to recommend a mid-range all-inclusive resort, Dreams Tulum would definitely be one of my top 3. There are pros and cons to holding a wedding at an All Inclusive. Cons include having to pay vendor fees and guest passes for guests that are not staying on site. Another con is not being able to communicate with the event's team at the hotel until 3 months before the wedding date. The pros are that the catering and event's teams at AI resorts are seasoned professionals - they have years of experience, do hundreds of weddings a year, and provide an amazing service on the day which allows everything to run smoothly.
