Do they serve drinks on the beach and around the pool? What I mean is, are they bringing it to you or you have to go to the bar each time you want a drink and order it by yourself?
They have servers that walk around and will get you drinks if you are in the adult pool section. But that also might only be if you pay an extra fee for the day to use one of the cabanas. I’m not sure about on the beach, though. I’m the pool, the bar is attached to the pool though so it’s convenient
@@veronicaandsteve I pass. It’s a hard no to me. There are hotels in Cancun where they serve you everything on the beach, no extra fees. That’s a real vacation to me. Thank you for your video!
@@veronicaandsteve Ok thanks. Also, does everyone wear a wristband with certain colours? Just wondering how the pool police would know who is preferred or not lol
Great video you guys. Please tell me this. I have knee issues and going up and down stairs is a problem wirh me. Does this resort have facilities in place (elevators, ramps, golf carts etc) to help me get everywhere I might want to go? (ie: from room to restaurants, beach, pool etc..) Thanks so much, Steve S.
Thank you! There are a bunch of elevators to get from the second to beach level. The resort doesn’t have a huge footprint so you won’t have to go far to get to everything you need to. Beach is a few steps from the pool which is a few steps to the restaurants
Hello thanks for the great review! Does this resort have wildlife on the property? I’ve stayed at a few resorts in Cancun (the beach front hotel zone). I’ve also stayed in Playa Del Carmen which I wasn’t able to enjoy due to the wildlife coati’s and raccoons so I’ve been afraid to book any resort that’s not located in the Cancun hotel zone.
We only saw 2 beach dogs one day. But they were nice and just walked past and we never saw them again. But other than that, nothing out of the ordinary! A few big pelicans over the water and that was about it.
Potentially stupid question but having never been to an all inclusive resort myself… are the restaurants included with the all inclusive or just the buffet? Meaning do you pay separately at the time of service at the restaurant or do you eat “free” with the all inclusive package
This was our first time at one too, so it’s a good question! They were all included except for one I believe. And the some of the things at the spa were also not included. But 99% of the time, you can go into anywhere and pick out what you want. It was amazing haha
@@veronicaandsteve thank you so much for the reply! Looking at booking an inclusive getaway for a girls trip and this resort came up on our list; grateful to find your video with the helpful info!!
Question about the weddings over the pool. Sooo, as a paid guest, every time there is a wedding that whole pool area gets shutdown? Where are people with teens supposed to swim then?
Haha yup! Everyone is invited! It was definitely weird to watch, but everyone was respectful. Just half of the pool gets shut down so people can still use the other side, the kid pool and the adult pool with the bar in it. There was another wedding that week on the pool and it didn’t affect us having fun at all
Good question! We definitely took food out of the buffet and went and sat other places, so I’m sure you can do takeout there. We never did takeout because we didn’t need to do it. They have room service which is from a lot of the restaurants as well.
Someone is our group got the preferred club access and in our opinion it wasn't worth it. You get an upgraded room with a jacuzzi, access to the lounge with your own food and access to the preferred club pool. So it sounds good, but we were in that pool the whole time without anyone questioning if we had access and the buffet that the regular guests get is actually really good. It's not so busy that you don't get what you want. So we would say you don't need it
We booked through an agent for our trip because we went for a wedding and there was a shuttle. I’m not sure if the resort has their own or not, but there are ones that go to the resort all day
So is there only a swim up bar for the preferred club only ?because you didn’t show the adult pool so unsure if there is a swim up bar for over there also ?or is it worth it just to get preferred so you get to swim up bar may be a stupid question but very interested in booking this resort within the next coming days
Hey Kevin! So there is only one bar that is a swim up. It’s technically in the preferred club pool. There is another adult pool but the bar is outside the pool versus right in it. But that preferred club pool was never monitored by anyone. We were in it every day without being a member and paying more haha. So I would say don’t pay the extra because it’s definitely not worth it. We all enjoyed the resort though!
Good question! I’m not sure! We never got room service while we were there because we just lived at the buffet haha. I’m sure on their website there will be an answer for you.
When we went it wasn’t great. The sand was nice but the water had tons of seaweed. It seems to be that way all the way to tulum. The pools were definitely great and made up for that
Hey! If i can remember they had it available on the beach and in the pool as well. The water isn’t the best in that stretch because of the seaweed, but the beach was still amazing
All of the all inclusive resorts are set up this way. They want to accommodate large amounts of people with everything they would need so you don’t have to do anything or go anywhere. A more boutique hotel experience is definitely a better option if you’re looking for something more quiet and peaceful
This was so helpful and really showed the resort thank you !!
You are welcome! So glad it helped you!
Thanks! Going in February with friends for 10 days. Great job on the overview.
Amazing! Its the perfect spot for a big group. We would definitely do it again that way.

Is the bar with the swings also in the preferred area, or is that side open to all?
The pool side is preferred and the swing side is not. No one stopped us from being in that pool though 😉
