Dr. Helen Pymar is an active voice for contraceptive care in Manitoba. As an Obstetrician and Gynecologist for more than 20 years, she has led the way for improved contraception access, safe and accessible abortion, and family planning care amid an ever-evolving landscape of reproductive health. She demonstrates advocacy through education, leadership, and training, always providing support and guidance when handling complex situations. Whether patient, colleague, or medical learner, Dr. Pymar will always support those in need and advocate intensely for them.
