Jensen Huang is one of the greatest men in our times.
Total opposite of Elon Shmuck. This is an intellectual, excellent CEO (leader) and a Gentleman. We shareholders are lucky to have him.
Greediest more like...
This was three months ago.
Thy should write the real date in the description ¬¬
I was asking me. Thanks.
Whereas I agree, however then, would I have opened it. NO!!! And, I would have been missed it.
Excellent interview. Changing my day.
Incredible to think, within 10 years time we will all have a Jensen 2.0 (ASI) in our pockets, capable of making our dreams realties.
This is not "fascinating". This is frightening. Jensen is painting a picture of work from the perspective of a "privileged few" (i.e. himself and the NVIDIA-engineers - or IT-people at large). True. AI may free them from some "daily drudgery". But for 90%+ of the workforce (even white collar-workers) work = drudgery. AI is making them useless. These are not the people that can easily learn new skills. No UBI (universal Basic Income) will help to solve this "meaning-issue". I also refute the argument that individual AI-agents will help students to learn more - or better. What incentive does a young human being have to learn and achieve, and renounce, when there is always a "better-one" (i.e. silicon-based intelligence) in reach or available for everyone (i.e. in the pocket / on the smartphone) ? As much as lots of people are already unable to navigate without the help of Google-Maps today, people will be clueless in daily life (in an AI-assisted future) without their digital agent. And guess who benefits from this...
Have thought about this before. Humanity is essentially making itself obsolete.
I agree with you completely absolutely and I agree with your perspective.
I would appreciate a discussion of ai technology from a business perspective: what is the need? What do humans need? And do we include the entire human race. Actually, I believe our goal should be preservation of the biosphere. With that goal in mind, what do humans need? Please tell us how ai technology will provide us with tools to accomplish that goal. Tell us your requirements. I would never invest in a software that doesn't understand the requirements that drive the design of software. You, as software engineers should know these fundamentals so please tell us your requirements and how your tools meet these requirements.
You provide a good path to think this question. Whether closed ai or open source in models, most of companies in many fields would like to train their own models to save cost and another reason might be the business privacy, also they have different services and products, then the requirements for model are various based on their business development, the demand of advanced models probably only in the small part of special business services. The trend of this technology seems like to observe the traditional companies which have the services are close to daily life innovating the new form to apply it.
@@QianMa-q thanks. I would hope these companies would at least have a common goal that we might vote or at least agree on. Something like optimize humanity's standard of living while preserving of the biosphere. Realizing that the issue of priorities might come up, it would be nice to hear what y'all think about the goal. What is our goal? Hopefully, the software engineers of the world could develop and agree on a set of requirements that would guide the design of a tool that would meet that goal. Instead, they are going backward. They are saying "Here is this cool tool! We think you'll need it here and there and here.... etc. We encourage you to use it! Go figure out how to solve your problems with our new tool."
It's simple, specify how you want to protect the biosphere, then set out to make that a reality utilizing all tools at your disposal which includes AI. Perhaps the first step is using AI to help you better understand the specific problems with the biosphere, or you can use AI to help you understand the laws and regulations that you'll need to work around to better protect the biosphere, you can then pick one of those specific problems and use AI to much more quickly create a company that provides a type of product or service that somehow does good for the biosphere. AI today is a tool that enhances individuals to do their job better and to be more efficient at whatever it is their currently working on.
AI: Redefining the "80/20 Rule" by increasing the productivity of the 80% that currently yields 20%, while also increasing the productivity of the 20% that currently yields 80%, based on the rule. 'Break the Rules'!
The good guys always win in the end as long as we stay in front.
He just told us nobody is going to have a Job!
What a genius! The intelligence out of this world. Yes it’s scary people losing jobs but if you keep an optimistic view let’s see how AI will make our lives easier. Do you remember when we pulled out maps to get around but now there’s Navigation that navigated us to where we need to go from start to end! 10yrs later we won’t be fascinated by these new technologies just like how we have a small computer in our pockets= our 📱
changed my life with this ai shit
My son is an Oregon State University Computer Science (with math major) graduate, completed his degree 1.5 years ago, good GPA, but sadly still no job offers, applied for about 500 job vacancies, but nothing yet. AI replacing many, many jobs, as NVIDIA is also using AI for chip designing means that majority of humans' job opportunities gone. I'm worried about the future kids, may be plumber and electrician jobs will stay, hard to replace with computer or robotic arm.
Jensen really wants to push his products.
I am not sure what he means when he say "we reinvented computing" sounds a marketing slogan ... They just make great GPU imho and those happens to works very well on AI.
Beside that I am pretty sure his vision for the future has some solid ground
AI is new form of computing and the vision behind developing their GPUs and software was crucial to where they are. If it was as simple as “just happens to be good at AI” then AMD would have a good portion of the market as well.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't Jenson and Nvidia invent parallel processing? That's the whole purpose of the GPU. By definition that is reinventing computing.
All old data centers are getting replaced with accelerated computers(gpus)
Hey Jensen! Why there are no 5080's and 5090's in stock anywhere?! The 5070 isn't better than the 4090, even the 5080 isn't, why lie? The 5080 has been a massive disappointment for gamers.
Nobody of human being knows the number of the real universe! The size of universe is unknown!
It’s 42
At what minute mute he is asked about deepseek?
This. That’s all I want to know
I need an AI tutor that will teach me how to think like Jensen.
when jensen says "It's not likely we lose our job to AI but to someone who uses AI" Someone that uses AI agents and robots
Someone who uses AI" can imply both the user of AI tools and the AI systems themselves taking over jobs, creating a kind of semantic ambiguity.
Or a boss, or owner, that uses a.i.
But he also said everyone will be able to use AI, « Technology barrier is gone » ,
everyone will have to become entrepreneurs or self employed
❤❤
Hi I'm Ariful islam Leeton I'm software developer and investment and Co founder open A. I 5:07
American wake up!while silicon Valley tech firms have been busy to fire tech engineers, Deep Seek has landed on earth secretly!😂
what about teaching religion to school kids?
Why teach?
Make more 5090s!!!!!
Jim should talk less.
"Bad actors" will be the governments. You don't have a CEO with a dubious unethical past unless you want to do unethical things.
Jensen is probably using deepseek through perplexity😅

This is a whole bunch of gibberish talk
cerebras is going to kill US AI stocks!!!!!
