"Don't worry about how other companies or org charts look. Start from first principles. Remember what an organization is designed to do - an organization of the past where there's a king (CEO), then you have the royal subjects/court, then you keep working your way down - eventually you have employees. Well the reason why it was designed that way is because they wanted their soldiers to have as little information as possible because their fundamental purpose of the soldiers is to die in the field of battle. To die without asking questions. I only have 30,000 employees. I would like none of them to die. I would like them to question everything. So the way you organize in the past and the way you organize today is very different." Best quote. It really separates the two schools of thought around transparency and the mindset that permeates each.
Based on meritocracy, no hierarchies. The only other CEO I've heard publicly state this is Ray Dalio's Bridgewater Associates. Anybody who advocates for DEI + Nepotism (at the expense of meritocracy) basically goes against this mantra.
Jensen takes good care of his people. Next week, all Nvidians around the world have extra two days off with full pay. It's Jensen's way of saying 'thank you for the good work, now take a break and spend some time with your loved ones'.

Damn, a real CEO that I really enjoy listening to. The way he talks it's so easy to understand everything he says, I want to be a leader like him someday.
I read that Nvidia provides tech for crypto mining services/blockchain transactions. Could the current crypto pump be attributed to Nvidia’s great earnings and should I hold some crypto as well, cos tbh I’m having FOMO with the current crypto price at $66k.
It’s going to be a wild year for these sectors, so you should def. invest in crypto. 60% of my portfolio is spread across tech stocks, crypto and Crypto/Gold ETFs.
well the crypto market is expected to do way better than any other equity sectors this 2024 especially with the SEC crypto ETF approval but it’s a volatile market nevertheless and if you’re new to it, it’s best to reach out to an experienced adviser for proper guidance.
Yes, my asset manager advised I spread further into mutual funds and crypto Etf and boy am I glad I did. The whole idea is: Don’t get too greedy and also to exit at the right time, so generally I do find having an adviser very helpful, because what Avg. Joe really has time to watch and comprehensively analyse the market.
I'm certain $NVDA is a no-brainer for the next few quarters, but $TSM is a better option too, as is $PLTR, with $AMD also performing well. I keep increasing my shares manageably, l'd add more into giant tech players who are solid in their own hardwares like $META and $GOOG
Intel and AMD will definitely have their share of the market. TSMC is at max capacity and investing in other semiconductor companies will be an absolute power move, Different chips are good at different things and Nvidia has been very specialised, which leaves other aspects of Al open.
certainly, i had bought NVDA shares at $300, $475 cheap b4 the 10 for 1 split and with huge interest I keep adding, i’m currently doings the same for PLTR and AMD constructively. Best possible way to get ahead, is participating behind top experienced performers.
You are buying a company to own it and not a piece of paper, The market is a zero-sum game (2 sides), Know what you are buying not just out of trend interest.
44:52 These lines will be written in Pure Gold!🙏 "your job is to make a unique contribution live a life of purpose to do something that nobody else in the world would do or can do to make a unique contribution so that in the event that after you done um everybody says you know the world was better because you were here"🙏
So what's the most effective strategy during this period of volatility with the rate cut? Most of my portfolio is in (20% Index funds, 20% CD's 30% Bonds/T-bills and other assets) I want to explore different strategies to benefit from a potential bubble.
Adding META and NVDA are smart additions in my opinion. it's all about balancing your risk tolerance with your long-term goals. Partnering with a financial advisor can help streamline your strategy.
Absolutely! Wealth is made in bear markets. We aren’t in a bear market, but nibbling heavy red days has proven to be fruitful for me over 9 years of investing. I am at 2.25 mil. Biggest positions PLTR, TSLA, SCHD, NVDA, and now looking to build up DRGO alongside finding quality value/growth stocks to buy. I got $48k divs last year in taxable divs. Q2 taxable divs this year was $17,388 this year. Don't sell when the market is down. Having a skilled CFA that puts the time in to do in-depth research can be invaluable in strategizing your portfolio.

The talk is full of good inspirational quote. This one in particular: "You want the company to be lazy about doing things that other people always/can do. If somebody else can do it, let them do it. We should go select the things that: if we didn't do it, the world would fall apart. If I don't do this, it won't get done"
how does creating over priced graphics cards for gaming computers gonna save the world?? how does it prevent the world from "falling apart" . dumbest thing ever.
Universal access to gaming cards was the reason AI (as we see it today) was founded to begin with and continues to thrive amongst the 1000s of researchers worldwide. Gaming is more than just fun - it's eventual goal is to simulate reality to a point of indistinguishability - where everything obeys the laws of physics - and that's the ultimate form of digitization that can exist. And we know how much was created via the digitization of things - imagine simulating climate ?. Ray Tracing, Optix, DLSS were all part of this journey and games are the killer application which is also a "market" which helped and is continuing Nvidia to help realize its goal.

Jensen is awesome and his leadership and vision is a major reason NVDIA has been my largest stock holding for several years now. He has a little bit of a blind spot on AI safety issues, but he is as good as it gets in terms of significant AI business leaders alive today. I founded my company the same year as Jensen, 1993, and can recognize a good CEO when I see or hear one. Been following him for years. He is A+++.
Jensen Huang is brilliant... totally down to earth, superbly intelligent and he gets things done. Very happy that I invested in NVIDIA just when the tide was rising.
Wow - hearing Jensen Huang speak, it is crystal clear to me why this guy is such a successful leader. Yes he is humble and smart, that is very evident but he absolutely gets his purpose as a leader. That is the mistake i made. I sold all of my NVIDIA in the rally run to 300$. Afterwards i realised it is better to buy and hold a company with great innovation and competent management team. Bought a small stake back in much higher at 450$ and didnt even look at it. I just know i want Nvidia to drop so that I can build a big stake in it. ;)

I think the stock and crypto market will go sideways or down just slightly over the next 6 months. I'm hopeful there won't be anymore interest rate increases. The restart of student loan payments should be more than enough to get inflation in check. Personally, I think student loan payments should have resumed a year and a half ago. We probably could have avoided a lot of the inflation that has occurred over that time. It may have even been "transient" inflation as many were calling it back then. Early/mid 2025, interest rates should start dropping and the stock market will head to the moon. when news gets bearish start buying. "Keep it simple" that bear/ correction was the best thing that happened me.
Simple step-by-step process, excellent communication and response times. The service was extremely streamlined and friendly throughout. Would recommend them to anyone give her a reply
Jensen Huang said : You can make up a great interview, you can even have a bad interview. But you can’t run away from your past, so have a good past, try to have a good past. WOW 🤩,it’s really amazing interview.
If NVIDIA is such a fabulous Company making fabulous products, one main reason is due to this visionary! I don’t know how much a business man he is, but he is truly a technology enthusiast! He is passionate about technology than revenues or profits! That makes this company kicking, like Apple and Stev Jobs!
Jensen Huang's leadership style at Nvidia, with its flat organizational structure and direct employee engagement may not fit every company. while effective for innovation, other industries may require a more hierarchical approach for efficiency
while Nvidia's leadership style may not suit every company, its financial success speaks volumes. As the top-performing stock, it consistently delivers impressive returns. even during downturns, shorting and hedging led to substantial profits. I've personally seen returns of $1.2 million with Nvidia alone, outperforming my other investments
I tried the same, but didn't have your luck with the results. what i find fascinating in Jensen is perseverance, even when the markets for the business didn't exist
I credit my research that led me to Emily ava milligan, a top fund manager, rather than luck. Going from 300 grand to where I am now was certainly not a stroke of luck

The audience chuckled when he mentioned that sometimes you have to just be grateful that you have family. I have had moments where I just try to step up with my family because everything else is not going well. And then back to setting priorities and chipping away the next day - that is the true entrepreneur mindset that is relentless.

So the way you organize in the past and the way you organize today is very different."
Best quote. It really separates the two schools of thought around transparency and the mindset that permeates each.
spot on.

The king is the one who serves best. I see a certain Christian vision in that form of leadership.

It was stupid of me to sell $76,000 worth of NVDA stocks without reinvesting. (Buying bonds or CDs is not for me). I’d rather stay 100% cash, or are there any other investments that can outdo the growth of Nvidia? I have 200k ready to be reinvested
The strategies are tough for the everyday person. They are mainly executed successfully by professionals who have a considerable amount of skill and knowledge to execute such trades.
A lot of folks downplay the role of advlsors until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for licensed advisors and came across someone of utmost qualifications. She's helped grow my reserve notwithstanding inflation, from $275k to $850k.
This is definitely considerable! think you could suggest any professional/advisors i can get on the phone with? I'm in dire need of proper portfolio allocation
'Laurelyn Gross Pohlmeier' a highly respected figure in her field. I suggest delving deeper into her credentials, as she possesses extensive experience and serves as a valuable resource for individuals seeking guidance in navigating the financial market.
Thank you for the lead. I searched her up, and I have sent her an email. I hope she gets back to me soon.
Jensen has done well with NVIDIA , the company stock has been a booster for many investors. Yes I agree that the company stock is considered by many as the stock of the year, However, I'm curious about which stocks could potentially become the next META in terms of growth over the next decade. I've allocated $200k for investment, looking for companies to make additions to boost performance
I think the next big thing will be A.I. For enduring growth akin to META, it's vital to avoid impulsive decisions driven by short-term fluctuations. Prioritize patience and a long-term perspective consider financial advisory for informed buying and selling decisions.

I suspect if every government had politicians like Jensen Huang the world would be a better place.
Microstrategy CEO bought $155million worth of bitcoin, so yes BUY!
@@williamDonaldson432 Please pardon me, who guides you on the process of it all?
I'm certain $NVDA is a no-brainer for the next few quarters, but $TSM is a better option too, as is $PLTR, with $AMD also performing well. I keep increasing my shares manageably, l'd add more into giant tech players who are solid in their own hardwares like $META and $GOOG
Intel and AMD will definitely have their share of the market. TSMC is at max capacity and investing in other semiconductor companies will be an absolute power move, Different chips are good at different things and Nvidia has been very specialised, which leaves other aspects of Al open.
Sorry, not convinced about intel future. Do you really think nvidia can keep up this surge rate and stream for the better part of the decade?
certainly, i had bought NVDA shares at $300, $475 cheap b4 the 10 for 1 split and with huge interest I keep adding, i’m currently doings the same for PLTR and AMD constructively. Best possible way to get ahead, is participating behind top experienced performers.
You are buying a company to own it and not a piece of paper, The market is a zero-sum game (2 sides), Know what you are buying not just out of trend interest.
Amazingly, people are starting to get the uniqueness of Palantir.
44:52 These lines will be written in Pure Gold!🙏
"your job is to make a unique contribution live a life of purpose to do something that nobody else in the world would do or can do to make a unique contribution so that in the event that after you done um everybody says you know the world was better because you were here"🙏
I'm the opposite of him and that's why I'm a nobody. But I don't mind nowadays. Follow him, don't follow me. 😂😂😂
He said at 44:35 "I'm going to give you a horrible answer" then proceeded to give an awesome and inspirational answer
Oh I've heard similar things about hiring an advisor. It's hard to choose one that's very good though. Could you make some useful recommendations?
The advisor am currently working with is Teresa L Athas. I came across her in a Bloomberg interview for about five years now, and her performance has been consistently impressive. She’s quite known in her field, look her up.
Searched the web and saw her profile and accreditations, someone with great experience i must say. Thanks for sharing with us! I sent her a mail already.
The talk is full of good inspirational quote. This one in particular:
"You want the company to be lazy about doing things that other people always/can do. If somebody else can do it, let them do it. We should go select the things that: if we didn't do it, the world would fall apart.
If I don't do this, it won't get done"
Everyday i life with "If i can't do it my family will fall apart" that's why I'm so intense about success.
how does creating over priced graphics cards for gaming computers gonna save the world?? how does it prevent the world from "falling apart" . dumbest thing ever.
@@Zooom88the gaming world bro. 😂 just joking
@@Zooom88 really, even i wondered this. Can someone answer this?
Fantastic video, you work for 40yrs to have $1M in your retirement, meanwhile some people are putting just $10K into trading from just few months ago and now they are multimillionaires
bitcoin does not pay any yield but will reward you with growth that you can't find in any other asset class
look at the charts, bitcoin has outperformed every stock and banking product ever developed even after multiple pullbacks over the last decade. not a financial advisor but I know what i'm saying
The key to financial stability is having the right investment suggestions for a diverse portfolio. Many investment failures and losses happen when you invest without proper guidance.
Finding yourself a good broker is as same as finding a good wife, which you go less stress, you get just enough with so much little effort at things

That is the mistake i made. I sold all of my NVIDIA in the rally run to 300$. Afterwards i realised it is better to buy and hold a company with great innovation and competent management team.

Jensen... What a remarkable and grounded leader !
Thanks to both of you ❤❤
I can concur , you have to try to be the best in any job you do. It teaches you the patterns of thought to succeed in the next bigger better job.
Going from 300 grand to where I am now was certainly not a stroke of luck
similar to yours, I pulled in 105 grand last months despite the market drop, thanks to my fund manager. It's great to see others highlight victories
after i copied her name and pasted into my browser her website popped up, i wish i had your example to reference earlier, thanks for the share
incredibly sincere and inspiring words - Jensen, thank you and you will be remembered.
Dude is a clairvoyant. He bet his entire company on A.I TEN years before anyone had an inkling idea and put the United States on the FOREFRONT of A.I technology today and he's just getting started. PC? Internet? Mobil? Cloud? Sure, they were important, but PALES compares to A.I. Just you wait and see.
An inspirational leader!

Listen to this guy first time and I know he has a good work ethic. One of the reason his company is worth a lot
it's very interesting to know that the NVIDIA tech was early/transformative across all fields of drug design, etc - not just gaming
And they're good at all of it
Inspiring! He is a combination of a great , innovative and humble leader,
The audience chuckled when he mentioned that sometimes you have to just be grateful that you have family. I have had moments where I just try to step up with my family because everything else is not going well. And then back to setting priorities and chipping away the next day - that is the true entrepreneur mindset that is relentless.
what a treat it had been to hear him. so many things to learn.
