Place a stitchmarker in the last loop of your crochet chain and pull it tight, it will never come undone this way until you need it again. 🤩

Yes, like long-tail cast on it will suddenly click. It is fussy, but once you see the process, it will come.
He's calling it a Crochet hook when he's using knitting needles.
That's just as bad people calling knitting needles Crochet hooks. GRR!
