I literally tried doing that same workout yesterday after watching your long form video and once she started repeating moves (so, y’know, LIKE TWO MINUTES IN 😂) I was like hmmmmmmmmnope I’ve been working my way toward doing a real push-up (currently at three sets of 25 wall push-ups 😅) and I’m really liking that muscle burn in my arms - it feels productive - but I know I really need to do more strength training to improve my running. Thanks for the inspo 💜💜
