So sometimes when you want a really big blanket, you can have up to 70 loops across the bottom! So the safety pins is just to make sure you have all 70 loops accounted for :p no need for them really!

I have watched several of these since I want a good idea of how to do this before I start. You have the yarn lying up and down as you weave the threads together. That somehow clicks in my head better than one on top of each other. Being left handed, I think this will help. Thanks for that!

LOL I kind of just weave them into the blanket, maybe even tie it a couple of times and then cut whatever strand is left hanging!

I didn’t have saftet pins with me so I used hair clips I’m pretty sure you can use anything like rubber bands or bows and a lot more things
