Great video... I love how you always find something different to paint..... even if "I don't know what that is yet! But I will" 😂

How funny, I watched half of this, then the other - what fun, two videos for the price of one! Loved seeing you sewing too, always such a pleasure and a great inspiration Gaynor! Thanks so much :)

I started my day very early with the abbreviated version of this. I smiled as it abruptly ended, all kinds of thoughts as to why you posted it in the way it appeared, compassion and grace for a hectic artistic existence while attempting to entertain the troops simultaneously! I am now ending my day having watched the full version, joyful that I got my full dose of Gaynor weekly. You are adored. Thank you for sharing your wonderful self on a gloomy day. ❤❤❤

Did you say you are eating spinach with coriander for breakfast ? Is this some secret elixir that gives you all your energy ? 😂 Sewing, sketching, painting, gardening , thrifting, reading, traveling ...WOW ! I marvel at all you accomplish !

Hello Gaynor..normal service is resumed!😁Loving the teapot painting and great tip about muddying an area, done it so many times and just added more paint and made it worse! So as you say…walk away!👍🏻You really are a jack of all trades..painting,dying,cutting off sleeves and up cycling into what looks like is going to be a fab bag! You’ve also took on the challenge of “Keep my orchid alive society”!I wish you all the very best with that one lol! I wondered if you had considered Buy me a Coffee to add to your channel? I really appreciate what you selflessly share and teach us, it would be a great way for viewers to give thanks!!See you next week, have fun!!❤

Teddy bag with leather strap? Love watching the progression of your paintings, like watching the tide go in and out. Left hand side of the orchid after applying neat pink/magenta....is that black, those flower marks, are they getting lost now background is darker. After watching you paint, I feel a lot less afraid to make mistakes and realise that perfection is a waste of time that hinders creativity and produces boring results. Your paintings are never boring!

Little Brown Jug is a gorgeous shape, seems nicely balanced and even the colour lends itself easily to interpretation. This is an enticing video, Gaynor - still life by virtue of impulse and Willy Nilly hugs my heart. These paintings are turning out so intriguing. Thanks for sharing their metamorphosis.

Thanks for reposting so we get the whole show. Love the teapot drawing. I have a lovely cobalt blue Asian style pot and cups that I love but have never thought to pull it out to draw. Thanks for inspiring me. You could use fabric or tape with a zipper for the bag. This way it would tidy your edge while allowing you to close it. Then apply a handle of your choice. Will you put a lining in it? It is a fun shape. TFS!

How nice to come back from errands to find the full version of today's video! Oh gosh, you were so calm about that sewing needle breaking. I have never gotten along very well with sewing machines - I tend to get extremely frustrated with their idiosyncrasies. I think your teddy pouch-in-progress could make a fun shoulder bag or cross-body bag. I love watching your journey with the orchid paintings. Thanks for sharing.

Hello Gaynor, phew I was worried there with such a short video this morning, wondering if there was a problem, as it was unusual. Lovely to see yet another inspirational playtime though with the full version. Looking forward to seeing the teddy pencil case. Thank you for sharing as usual. Have a lovely week. 💐

Fun vid per usual! If you put a sheet of cardboard or something that extends out over you heater, it will keep the direct flow away from you plants while you paint. :)

Fun, fun video. Your digressions are usually artsy ones…everything you see becomes a part of your art life. That must be why you are so creative? I find that I can copy what I love in other artists work, but I can’t create from scratch as you do. Is it that you allow yourself to explore, mess up, add-and-subtract and not be self conscious? What do you believe is the process of being a creative artist? ❤❤ your videos and so appreciate your sharing your art with us all. Thank you and keep adding all those antioxidants to your diet…must be working because your energy level is off the charts😂 We love that energy you bring to our lives.

I live in the very hot tropics of Panama and it’s crazy to see you dressed for winter! I don’t know if I could paint with all those shirts on especially a scarf. Thanks for a finished video. Oh I’m originally from cold Canada so I do remember painting with long sleeves on! Haha

Glad to see you again today. Edit: please order some “jeans” or “embroidery” needles for sewing Teddy fabric. Do you have a walking foot for your machine? That could help, let the machine move the fabric - pulling it through might be why you are breaking needles. As you might tell, I’m better at sewing than painting 😂

Enjoyed your willy nilly video this week Gaynor. Have to say that i kept wondering about the orchid stem in your painting, i kind of got transfixed on it because it seemed that the pot it was in was in front of the teapot, but the stem went behind it. I kept waiting for you to notice. Or have i got that wrong? (Wouldnt be surprised!)
