I was lucky enough to see this played by Pete in Winfield Kansas a few years back. He was an amazing musician. It broke our hearts to hear of your passing. R.I. P. Pete, enjoy your time with our creator.
Simply flowing. This has always been one of my all times, and not just SW tunes, but in general, and Pete's way of arranging (or should I say 're-arranging) already beautiful pieces of music, has always been a joy to take in. He never seemed to make them his own, although his masterful finesse always did just that, rather, he made them everyone's! The integrity of the original was always maintained, yet that crisp clean "P.J.Hut" style breathed new life into every note! Thankfully, my cousin Pete left the world timeless music, although he left far too soon! )-; What a gift God loaned us for a 54 year glimpse. I can only imagine my beautiful aunt Miz (Pete's mom) rejoicing at Pete's arrival in paradise, along with a great many other relatives. I can't wait to join in the celebration that will last for eternity! < MAW
