78 Shovelhead Chopper Update 8

I took down the entire bike when I discovered a rear head gasket leak spitting oil against the frame riser post. I pulled the motor then disassembled the rest. I did some grinding away of weld slag and just a good overall metal clean-up of frame and sent for black matte powdercoat. My rambling through this video is a result of my findings for gaskets and Im sure there are proper gaskets for the S&S Hotkit 96 cu in but I ended up making my own base gaskets and smoothing the inside diameter topend gaskets enough to fit snug over the head shoulder.
