Hank and his band do a great job at recreating the awesomeness of Happy Louie's music!! My Mom took us as kids to see Happy Louie often in Michigan on 14 mile Rd during the summers. Thoughts of it bring many fond memories! RiP Wally!! I sure do miss seeing you there!!

The Bernadine Nuns taught me the the basics met my wife Bernadine in high school from there we danced all over the USA.The Polka FAMILYand Happy Louie and Eddie B were very popular back then.
Love seeing and listening to them when they play at the Polish American block party every year, just can't get enough of their music and energy when they play.
Erie is a great location to have Polka bands perform, midway between my Birthplace of Buffalo, NY & Cleveland, OH, and if you add in Pittsburgh, PA-you have a triangle. Great music, great Polka band, then for me, I have been a fan of Polka music since I was 10 years old. Polkas are very big in the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, PA & Greater Wilmington, DE areas.
