My uncle (chemist) told me to drink beet juice for a few days and it would clean my skin up. I drank it for a week and I haven’t had an issue since. I get random hormones ache on my chin when it’s my cycle but o swear beet juice clears that up also. Much love! Your videos are inspiring to me to move to Thailand myself. 🫶🏾✨
We love you Antoinette, I had similar challenges with my skin. It ended up being the hair that I would add for my braids. The chemicals from synthetic hair gets into the pores and scalp. My dermatologist recommended going natural and washing my hair with special shampoo, a prescribed face wash with Clinique over the counter products and it’s been a great healing journey… Wishing you well as you figure it out.

I had cystic acne just like you in my late thirties and I got Accutane and haven’t a bump since. My mother had it too and told me , wait till menopause and you won’t have the bumps anymore. I got accutane. Bumps been gone.
Have you ever tried skipping coffee, sugar and processed foods during your cycle? This is referring to the acne. A friend did and that helped a lot for her.
