Wow! The quality of the rooms and customer service seems night and day! I've been researching the Sheraton against other hotels and nothing seems to be better than them!
@@kayolee3463 Both hotels have a free shuttle that runs every 5 mins to take you to the Disney station. The disney station is how you get to Disneyland, DisneySea and the disney shopping area. The shuttle and the disney train together take about 10 mins - super easy

Fantastic upload. Thank you so much. I actually was just asking people on a FB group for Japan about beds at the Disney hotels. I am certain the bed firmness has to do with body weight. We were in Singapore recently and my mum didn't have an issue with the beds, but she's quite a bit smaller than me. I ended up having 3 mattress toppers and it was still too hard. Some people on the Japan group said the beds at Toy Story are "soft enough" and others were saying they are very hard. The bed is a big factor as to where we'll be staying in Japan.
You’re welcone, i’n glad this has helped. Yep definitely agree that it’s individual to the person but as you can see in the footage the sheraton mattess is way taller/bigger which helps with the softness. I’ve heard Toy Story hotel is pretty hard beds.
Thanks for this video. We have stayed at the Hilton 3 times and I just assumed the beds were hard because that’s the way they are preferred in Japan. I have booked the Sheraton for our trip in July so keen to compare! 🫶🏻
Haneda airport has plenty of places to eat. Do not listen her. There is not limited food. I was there last year. She clearly didn't want to eat anything but burgers and chips. Macdonald's, burger king and Starbucks are not the valid types of food to be found.
