In the video, I accidentally said that S8 battery capacity is 2300mAh, in reality it is 3000mAh. Also, it said 3GB of RAM for the iPhone 7, but it is actually 2GB of RAM for the iPhone 7.

sakitech pretty good review here, the S8 is clearly the superior device. Also S8 comes with high quality headphones, support for 24 bit audio, Snapdragon 835 supports aptX HD, and is also octa core not quad. Also both ios and android have the same apps, but the iphone does handle games well.

Yeah, I mean, as much as I love my Android experience I get on the S8, iOS has iCloud and iMessage and the such, which all my friends and family use. I hate to say it but I may switch to an iPhone just for those conveniences.

+erinator1703 You need to go read up on what Samsung Pay can do. While Android Pay and Apple Pay can only work on NFC enabled machines, Samsung Pay works on almost ALL card machines even those old swipe type because it has Magnetic Secure Transmission (MST).
I always laugh at cashier staffs when they told me they don't support Paywave or whatever pay and I just put my phone at their credit card machine and walked away with a stunned guy/girl standing there wondering what happened.
Instead of saying those list sucks, why don't you explain WHY it sucks? I believe it will convince ppl that you are not just showing jealousy by saying, "Oh it just sucks"
*I'm no fan boy here, I watched all apple and android devices and I do have both. Both have Pros and Cons but I find Samsung phone has way more useful and good features than Apple phones. Take one for example, you can crop and record ANY part of your screen into a 15 secs gif, even on a playing UA-cam video. Which phone can do that?

Resolution doesn't make too much of a difference between 1080p and 1440p though. But yes you do gain some performance when going down the 1080 or 720p. They are almost on par with each other in terms of performance. Games and apps are more optimized for ios yes. But check the single core score of the a10 chip vs any other it's why the a10 chip does so well most apps uses a single thread

Actually, after coming from a Nexus 6, which was very hard to hold in one hand, the S8+ is extremely easy to handle one handed. They made it not as wide so it sits in your hand much more comfortably.

This is the best and very comprehensive comparison between these two phones I've seen on UA-cam! Well done! I had iPhones from iPhone 3s up to iPhone 5 and then I switched to Android (with the legendary OnePlus One after being let down by Samsung Galaxy S5). Now, in 2017 I got back to iPhone 7 and 7 plus after owning the brilliant Galaxy note 5 (great phone!) and Galaxy S7 followed by Galaxy S7+. The iPhone is not as "flashy" as Samsung but is optimized for the ONLY two phones Apples produces and this is a big advantage. Plus, doing the same thing on an iPhone is much simpler than doing the same thing on a Samsung phone. On the other hand, Android 7 is more vibrant and interesting operating system but iOS is more stable and optimized for speed. These two phones are so good it's difficult to say which one is better. Every person is different and have different priorities (mine is speed and camera performance over anything else) so you need to experience both phones before choosing the one you like. Me, I like them both.

That's truly amazing, look at the form factor of both devices and just imagine how much they achieved with the s8... it's a 5.8" screen but the phone is actually just a little bit taller than the 4.7" ip7.. so it's really comfortable to hold and really small for a 5.8".. You don't fail to amaze me Samsung.. great job pushing it to the limit and beyond once again

a little biased towards the iOS app store, since almost 95% of apps that are available on the app store are also available on the play store and they run wonderful on the S8 as well, so there is no strong point for the iPhone at this point
I have a S8 using AT&T. The coverage sucks in my area. I want to switch to Verizon which has much better coverage but my S8 is not compatible with their network, so I'll have to get rid of it. I'll probably be getting the iPhone 7 or maybe the 8.
BTW the S8 looks cool but it too has issues and there are some things I hate about it. My neighbor was a Samsung/Android user for 15 years but he switched to Apple and says he'll never go back. Him and his wife had constant problems with them.

I've had my S8 since launch, so far so good. Not too many complaints. I thought my biggest gripe was going to be the fingerprint sensor placement, but since I got my SUPCASE for it, the cutout for the camera and sensor on the back of the case make it easy to find. No, my biggest complaint is the stupid Bixby button that I hit every time I want to lower the volume. Infuriating!!!
Other than that, the phone kicks all kind of major ass!

am i the only one that honestly doesn't care about customization on my phone i mean like honestly I've had both phones iphone and Samsung the customization on Samsung/android phones is used literally once to make the phone look the way you want it in the first week you buy it after that it is just a annoying thing you click on from time to time that gets in the way of things you actually want to do customization is unnecessary it takes up precious phone resources and eats system ram. this is why Iphone can get better performance on apps with literally less than half the ram. all of you android fanboys will love to hate this comment because you've never actually owned a iphone once you own a iphone you start to appreciate the simplicity of it and how the things you want to do work extremely well and fluently. i feel this review is highly biased showing the pictures of low light comparison with the iphone when you could clearly of picked a photo during the day that people will most likely prefer i mean who takes pictures in low light? put a comparison of a day time photo that is actually a good comparison of the two phones. might i just add the 3 seconds this guy spent in the video on performance which actually matters the most!!!! if you care anything about usability the iphone doubled the Samsung score in single core performance and the Samsung beat it by 400 on the multi core performance which is a very small difference might i also just add Samsung has double the cores that iphone has and it only manages to beat it by 400 this is a literal joke to be honest. he says in this review "for app driven people this might be reason enough to stick with apple" i'm sorry ohh is there any other things that matter on a phone other than the applications on it??????? everything we do uses apps on our phones. he also mentions how 3D touch is rarely used this is a matter of opinion some people use 3D touch 24/7. not for you to comment on. and one more thing i would like to mention before giving the reasons i would consider a Samsung over a iphone and that is the headphone jack removal i don't know how many of you have multiple headsets that you use on your phone i myself have only one the adapter that is INCLUDED IN THE BOX WITH YOUR IPHONE is simple to attach to your headphone and LEAVE IT THERE to just plug in to your phone this is NO HASSLE WHAT SO EVER and yet everyone complains about having to carry it around with you and how apple is stupid for taking it away.
