This is exactly what my actual Couples Yoga classes look like. Love your husband trying to stretch in between poses. Lol He might not show right alignments but offers you supports and love. Having fun together, that’s what Couples Yoga classes are all about.

Nicely done I love the simplicity of the routine it is an excellent stretch for post strength training workout with your partner. It’s just enough not to overtax a novice! Thanks for sharing! Btw your husband is very agile and inspiring

with no disrespect, I’m sorry to say there is not a lot of Union here in this vid..... this certainly highlights the gaps between the masculine & feminine - within gender attitudes & within the individual. There’s so much that can be learnt & explored here about appropriate engagement, being in right relation to someone or something, over & under extension of energy, right use of power and healthy leadership. Lots more practice required which is very exciting! Thank you for amplifying the polarity.
