    Wow, excellent presentations of Double's or Partner Assisted Yoga...I have taught Yoga for over 29 years and every now and then bring Partner Yoga into the protocol. Its so much fun, gets a bunch of laughs and I usually do it after a bunch of Surya Namaskars, (for great Cardio and limbering warm up) I would start with these standing ones and then do your floor series video...I watched the floor one first.
    THANKS a lot, great pace and rhythm, great instruction and done with so much attention to detail, no hurrying and very nicely produced. The Yoga room is beautiful too.
    I practice the Sivananda style and like it the best since all the 5 points of Yoga are covered, PROPER Breathing, Relaxation, Yoga Exercise, Meditation and Positive Thinking and good and healthy plant based eating (Nutrition)
