What the hell is 'unthaw'? Are you saying to freeze the pizza hard--like over night--can't be more 'unthawed' than that.
😂🤣😂🤣Those of you who knew what I meant kudos to you! Thaw! Thaw… Thaw…
Idk where it comes from but we say “unthaw” too instead of “thaw” 😭😭😭
@@kenyadawilloughby5842 It sounds like the word inflammable. Today we have just taken to calling things that burn flammable.
The trick is 400 for 5 minutes and take out the pizza and out it in the oven for 4 minutes so the bottom is crispy
Thanks, am trying this now!
You’re welcome, let me know how it came out.👍😁
Hi Just got my Galanz! Loved your Video. It didn’t work for my pizza but it was a great starting point. Instead of Red Baron I had the Signature Select Rising crust pizza. I preheated for 16 minutes at 400 Air fry setting. I put the pizza in for 16 minutes 350 Air Fry setting but it wasn’t done so I added 8 minutes it was done and not too browned but completely cooked. My
husband likes a softer crust
but usually gives his crust to
the dog but not tonight! I
told him when he was done I would have his crust with spinach dip but when I looked at his plate he almost had the last bite of crust in his mouth! I’m totally happy with the Galanz except for a couple quality control issues that I’m dealing with this week. Excellent review!
Awesome job! I will do the same thing tonight. Same unit. I love it!! Thanks!
Thank you let me know how it came out
@@Christinesworldspice Came out perfect! The family loved it! I like the cardboard method, makes you think it was delivered!
@@fredjohnson2431 that is awesome!! And it saved you the expensive delivery and paying for an over priced pizza! Thanks for updating me!
You GO GIRL 👏
Thanks love!
I just bought the same Galanz and noticed your videos. I subscribed and will be watching more of your videos for ideas on how to cook with the Galanz.
I hope you enjoy your new Galanz and thanks for subscribing.
You can also cook the bottom somemore in a pan on the stove.
Yes you can but I have a lot of truck drivers and subscribers and they don’t have the option for so unless they use a portable stove. But I do agree with you on that.😉
WOW! Ty so much for this video. I have this same Galanz all in one microwave. I'm still trying to figure it out. I'm going to attempt to cook this Marketside breakfast pizza. It reminds of breakfast back in grade school. It says to bake at 375° for 19-21 mins. Pray for me. Happy Thanksgiving. Oh and love u too! 😊🤗🙏🏾🤞🏾
🥰🥰Awesome! Yes, bake at 375 or 400 degrees. I have some people in this comment section that said preheating the air fryer still does not make the pizza crispy at the bottom and the over works better.
If you I thaw the pizza and heat your unit up to 400 degrees for 10 minutes with the air fryer piece inside it will heat that piece up and continue to cook the pizza evenly. If the pizza is frozen and you put it in a preheated united it will cool the air fryer piece down preventing your pizza from getting crispy.
Simple cooking method: thaw your frozen pizza
Preheat for: 10-15 minutes with the air fryer piece included
Very informative. I just got this Galanz and was wondering about the ins and outs. Hope it isn't too hard to keep clean.
Great voiceover and editing.
I’m currently working on a video on how to use it and the ins and out of this unit
Is this the 0.9 ft or 1.2 cu ft unit?
So hungry watching this LOL
😂😂😂
Question:
How's The Galanz Microwave Air Fryer Holding Up In Regards To Durability ???
Thanks For The Awesome Review.
✌️
It's good. I only use it for the microwave. I use my instant vortex for my air frying needs
I wonder if there is something that can be done to make the crust crispy. We have Stouffer's in Canada. They sell microwavable meat pies with what looks like silver cardboard in the box. They taste like they were done in the oven when you cook them in the box. Same with their flatbreads. The box opens up and forms a stand. The silver crisps the flatbread. I do live near the border but I haven't grocery shopped in the US for a few years now. I don't know what you guys have. Someone needs to sell these disks separately. I couldn't get a Galanz at my local Walmart so I'm waiting for them to ship one. Should be here tomorrow. If I find something that works, I'll get back to you.
If you preheat you air fry with the air fryer piece inside on 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes it will heat your pan up. Then add your pizza and cook for "25-30 minutes on 325
Some people might say that that's a little undercooked but I love it your way 🤔🥰
🤣my son said it was undercooked because the crust wasn’t crispy underneath but my daughter said it was perfect. Thank you for your kind comment!🥰
I bought a used Galian it didn't come with the air fryer pan . Is there anything that I could substituted with ?
Yes you can use the roaster pan and put a 8 inch round cake pan or even the small glass pan on top of the roasting pan. Walmart has the newer Galanz on sale for less than a hundred so you can have a warranty. Galanz is known to not have all their components.
I always doctor mine too
When you doctor the pizza it’s bomb af! The toppings they put on the pizza is disappointing. 😂
Curious is your Galanz the 3 in 1 900 watt 0.9 cu. ft. version? I'm planning on buying this version for my sailboat at the marina cause the AC wiring & circuit breaker can't handle a 1200-1500 watt micro. I buy the exact same pizza as yours all the time and HOPE it'll fit inside the micro. Not enough space on my old 27 ft. sailboat for a micro and convection oven so this oven would work great, plus it's only $110/free shipping on Ebay.
Yes this is the same size as the. 0.9 cub ft version. A lot of truckers use this size.
The specs say 900 watts for the microwave only. The baking/air fryer is rated for 1450 watts
what size is the air fryer basket
A 8 inch square or round pan can fit easily in the unit.
That looks good. I’m going to try this. I was wondering how to air fry a frozen pizza.
Also just FYI: when you are describing an unfrozen pizza, it’s a thawed pizza. Unthawed would be frozen. Or refreezing.
Also just fyi to the fyi you’re is better to say then you are. Give me a flippin break! She said frozen or un frozen like 90% of Americans do. Your the 10% people quietly Sigh and roll eyes @ when they’re not looking. Lol great job on the pizza.
Great video. I'm wondering if that pizza is the same size as a regular delissio? I looked at this microwave oven at Walmart, but when I opened it up, the tray looked so small. Maybe it's because I'm used to the ninja foodie?
Delissio looks as if it is the same size pizza. It will fit in the Galanz.
@@Christinesworldspice thanks.
@@mrchrisknight315 You're welcome Chris.
What size pizza is that, since I haven't done it yet and don't want to order one that's too big for my Galanz. ?
I believe it’s a 8 inch pizza. It’s your average size frozen pizza.
To Unthaw it would mean to freeze it. Lol
That's correct. The pizza was in my freezer for a few days and I took it out to cook it.
Hello. What model Galanz is that? Is it the 1.2 cu. ft. model? Thanks!
Also, looks like the microwave model. How do like it so far?
It is a 1.2. I absolutely love the unit but I don’t use it as much because it cooks slow. I use it mostly for microwaving food. I use my instant Vortx air fryer more than anything. It’s a great unit if you don’t mind cooking slow.
@@Christinesworldspice thanks for answering!
Why she saying "pizza" like that?
That looks like a microwave not a air fryer
Well it’s been air fried not microwave
I watched this video with hopes on how to cook a frozen pizza the proper way but this ain't it. It's still soggy on bottom which is my issue. I was thinking I needed a pizza screen and still do after seeing this. Also you added a bunch of toppings that don't come with your frozen pizza. Also those pizza cutters at dollar tree are garbage. Get a real one and you can cut your pizza cutting time from 30 seconds to 3.
How hard is it to pre-heat your air fryer for 10 minutes so the bottom of your pizza stays crispy?! All I added was extra cheese how is that to many toppings?! If you don’t know basic instructions on how to air fry pizza then maybe you should take cooking lessons because This is as explanatory then it can get.
Been using a Galanz Speedwave for about eight months and never thought to use air fry. The frozen cauliflower crust (only, not pizza) instructions say to bake at 425 degrees and since the oven only goes to 425 degrees for convection cooking, that’s what I use. While preheating to 425, that’s when preparing and adding my toppings to the crust. An important part of building a pizza, is the order of adding the toppings. Some believe a thin layer of cheese goes first, then pepperoni- this builds a shield between the crust and wetter toppings to prevent crust from getting wet/soggy. The pepperoni should completely cover the pizza. Then the ham, be sure to center ham on pepperoni if you didn’t build a full layer of pepperoni. Then add the wet vegetables. Top with cheese or cheese substitute. My preference is for my cauliflower crust to be on the verge of “burnt.” Using convection works perfectly for me.
@@Christinesworldspice preheating for 10 mins doesn't make your pizza bottom crispy, you can see your limp pizza slice at the end. People looking to cook a frozen pizza most of the time do not have extra toppings randomly in their fridge or freezer. I've cooked 100 times more pizzas than you have don't need cooking lessons just looking for a way to take a pizza from my freezer and put it air fryer and have a crispy bottom and this video ain't that. To those looking for a better way a pizza screen helped some but didn't get the crispy I was looking for even when I preheated that and the air fryer too ..
Yes it does if you keep the air fryer unit inside the oven for 10 minutes. Your pizza has to be thaw. When you place the pizza on the hot unit I will instantly start cooking the bottom of the pizza and make it crispy.
@@Christinesworldspice A "thaw" pizza and a frozen pizza are opposites. Maybe change your title to "Air Fry a thaw pizza with extras the right way"
