This is exactly what I needed to see. For a single guy with the Casori air fryer, I tend to have a full freezer and have very little in the refridge area. Can you do a "single guy" air fryer special video? Cover frozen burritos/chimichangas, mini pizzas, pizza rolls, pot pies, hot pockets, mozzarella sticks, taquitos, fish sticks and egg rolls. I have to go thru some trial and error in trying to find the right balance of cooking temp and time against the directions printed on the packaging. Special request: can I also have the same outstanding "testers" on this video as well? Still cooking my ribeyes from your awesome steak video!

I've been watching your videos for months. I started with a cheap air fryer and recently upgraded to the 5.8 Cosori. We love it! Thank you for improving my cooking life. I love seeing your kids in the video too.
About a year ago I was on the fence about an air fryer... Started watching your show for information and bought a Cosori... I love it... I rarely use my oven or microwave anymore... It's a game changer.. Thanks for your content it's appreciated, take care.
I use my Cosori and get Red Baron single serving thick crust..3 cheese..then use leftover hamburger ..ham..bacon rounds..then top with extra cheese..400°@ 6 minutes..if start frozen I microwave it 1 minute then add toppings..it is perfect for single person households and great way to use up those leftovers!..yumm..love your vids,Dear!..
You convinced me....I just ordered Home Delivery of CA BBQ Pizza AND the Digiorno from Walmart...arrives around 11:00 AM....It'll go in my Ninja XL Crisp AF or the Cosori I haven't yet opened ! Thanks... :) FUN video...kids are great... you, too :) !
We love the party pizzas, and Hubby was sad thinking they wouldn't fit in the air fryer like they did the replaced toaster oven, but they do! I hadn't even checked. He will be jazzed!
I think this video is awesome and I really like how the kids are involved. and to the ones complaining about Cathy wearing a mask on public,,Who cares? She or anyone can wear whatever they want , whenever they want . Cathy, ignore the idiots and keep doing what you want..love these videos
Thanks for this! I am just getting in to the Cosori Air Fryer world and have been trying the usual meal items--steak, chicken, burgers...now I'm branching out to pizza. Your vid had all the info I was looking for: brands, time, temp, technique. And a great looking, fun family to boot!
I love your videos with your kids 💜 Finally bought an air fryer, no idea how to cook stuff in it, found your channel and am learning so much from you 🙂 Not afraid of it anymore thanks to you! 😁👍
I love cooking the small Red Baron deep dish pizzas in my air fryer. They turnout so good! I've been debating on getting one of the bigger air fryer ovens so I can cook big frozen pizzas but haven't decided yet.
This video is awesome! I live alone and now I can just cook a slice at a time. I LOVE Red Baron pizza and after watching this, I tried it. I will not cook my pizza any other way now. Thank you. I am subscribed to your channel, and your videos really help people who live alone. If there was a way to post a pic, I would share my slice. I was so excited how it came out, I shared it and your video to my Facebook Page!
Not sure if mentioned before but what if you use that low rack that you didn’t know what todo with from your accessory kit? Raise the pizza up a little bit so that the bottom gets more heat? May end up more crispy. I’ve ordered a similar kit. Once I get it I can try.
Tony's and Red Baron look the same because they are. They are both owned by Schwann's . Even the Schwann's basic pizza is identical to them. We rarely order out pizza anymore. We just keep a couple of Tony's Classic Crust Pepporoni pizzas in the deep freezer. We just add additional fresh toppings to taste before baking. I've got a huge Omni Instant so the whole pizza fits inside. Cook it with the bake feature for around 11 minutes. If the top is getting too brown (but we like to have our toppings caramelize a bit) then we just slide the baking sheet into the air fryer slots to keep the top from getting burnt. Yum.
I've been making greek yogurt crust bbq chicken pizza in the air fryer about 4 days a week for the last couple weeks. It's ridiculous good and fun / quick to make
LOVE your kids!!! Thanks for having them as your taste testers!! Hope to see more of them for holiday recipes and bakes!!! I'm with your little girl, I like Tony's pizzas!! Also love the square Totinos pizzas. They fit right in my AF oven!! I cook mine at 350 for about 13 minutes. Turns out exactly how I like them! And if you get the sausage pizza, and then put a bit of shredded lettuce, cheese, and salsa on top.......you have Taco Pizza!!! My fav for frozen pizzas. And I found that the extra crispy pepperoni on my pizza tastes a bit like bacon to me. LOL So I don't mind when the pepperoni gets extra cooked! If you don't like the extra cooked pepperoni, dab a bit of cooking oil on them before baking. Once again, our tastes coincide..........I LOOOOOVE Chicken BBQ pizza!!!
Cut your pizza similar to little caesers crazy bread. Once in half, then into strips. It's a signature of one of my local places, and it allows you to fit more in the fryer.
Perfect! Was just wondering if I could do pizza or partial pizza in the air fryer - perfect for a single person!!! Need to get one of those pizza cutters - that'll work for sure!
You guys should try the Great Value Deep Dish Mini Pizza's. They're always out of stock at my Walmart but when I find them I stock up because my 11yr old son and I like them so much in our Power XL basket AF (the original from the tv commercial. Gifted to me Christmas 2017), they fit perfectly. I also have an Instant Pot Vortex AF oven and two Instant Pots. One for meals and one for sides. Don't know why I never thought of cutting the whole pizza in fours thanks for the tip.
Thanks, Cathy, for the frozen pizza tips. I have to try that one tip of not pre heating all the time. Most times I buy my pizzas from a local pizza pie joint, and then freeze up what is left for later the following week. So, I just thaw out 2 pieces of pizza and cook it that way. Will have to do your frozen pizza tip next time. Anyway, thanks again, and thanks for the TIMESTAMPs links. Oh, love your master taste tester team - little Miss Blonde is so cute :-)
Hi Dan! Oh what a great idea! Please let me know if the tips apply to the fresh pizza you freeze! I'd be curious to know! And as always, you are welcome... anything I can do to make life easier for people!
And now I want Pizza! LOL...your taste testers did an awesome job! We used the AF to reheat Pizza a couple weeks ago the day after and it was exactly like we just picked it up! So there's that! Now will have to try frozen, thanks for sharing!
Hi Kathy!!! I enjoyed your video today. We always liked Red Barron. Tried them all but not the California one. Next time I make a froze pizza I will definitely use my AF. Always look forward to see what's new on your videos!!! You have great taste testers. Beautiful children . You are blessed...Wish my kids were still young!!! Great video my sweet friend!!!
I have a large Panasonic 4 in 1. I was wondering what people thought about using the convection feature. Is it more or less the same time as an oven vs the shorter air fryer times?
Hii Cathy! i just bought my first ever air fryer, and its the COSORI model you use. I'm so excited to use it, i have question, can i use Olive oil instead of avocado or coconut oil for the cooking?
I'm not Cathy, but you can use any oil, as long as the smoke point of the oil is high enough for the temperature you are using. Just don't use aerosol sprrays, as they will break down the protective coating in your basket. :)
We have such a great community here! Yes, I go with avocado oil because of the high smoke point. But there have been some times that I've used olive oil and I don't know that I've noticed anything odd about the taste. I suggest testing it out and if you don't notice an issue, just use olive oil!
I love your videos. I have tried several in my corsori and you are right on point. I really like leftover pizza in the airfrier. Thanks for sharing always get new inspiration from you. And love the kids reactions and their likes and dislikes. Bless you all
I got this Cosori as an upgrade to my smaller one (gave that one to my college student). Love it and I hate leftover pizza in the microwave but LOVE it reheated in air fryer
I have an air fryer toaster oven. They work just as good as a regular air fryer! I cook Red Baron french bread pepperoni pizza at 400 degrees for 8 minutes. parchment paper for easy clean up! 👍 Mmmm you would think it was cooked in a regular oven at 375 for 25 minutes!
I’m having trouble getting the bottom of the crust cooked before the top burns on a personal frozen pizza. I will definitely preheat next time and one UA-camr suggested a little spray of oil on the bottom 🤔
Giuseppe's Pizza cooks in the Air Fryer the best @ 400 for 12 minutes add a little extra cheese on top and pepperonis won't move around. It's taste amazing
I used to cook pizza in my NuWave until it broke. The trick is to cook it upside down first then flip to finish (crisp up) cooking the top. You'll need a silicone cooking mat to do this in your air fryer.
Have you ever tried the Great Value pizzas from Walmart? They come in both a 4pk of the individual pizzas or the 13" size pizza. They offer plain Cheese, Pepperoni or Supreme in both sizes. I buy the 4pk Supreme all the time. They're comparable (taste-wise) to DiGiorno, but a whole lot less expensive. The 4pk costs $4.96 and for the 13" it's only $2.98!!! Talk about a "Great Value"!!! Would love to see you do a quick video along with your opinion on them.
I buy a couple of pizza's from little Caesars and freeze individual slices and heat in the air fryer . It's way more convenient and the taste if a lot better. It's cheaper believe it or not. Love your channel and awesome kids♡
Some of the pizza boxes say it. Generally 165˚F is a nice hot internal temp so you know food is cooked through. Of course, other made from raw foods have different internal temps. I list them all out in this free download: amzn.to/2QtgPHq
Hi!! Thank you for the video, I just bought an Ayr frier and I need to learn recipes and tips about it. May I ask why you used the rack?? Is it needed?
I was originally looking at the Ninja Foodi flip oven just because it has the dimensions to handle 12" (give or take) pizza's but it's so low that it is useless for anything tall like a pork roast. And I don't mind cranking up the old electric range for pizza's. In the end I made the right choice. For now. My Cosori 5.8 does everything else real well so it's mix-n-match for now.
@@empoweredcooks I believe they (Ninja) finally came out with a larger oven-style multi-mode cooker but the drawer-style basket in the Cosori is just too convenient.
I love your channel and your tasters (kids) are SO cute! Re pizzas- several other air fryer sites recommend taking the temperature way down and cooking for much longer than the regular oven directions. This avoids the burnt-top-soggy-raw-bottom phenomenon. There are air fryer directions on the DiGiorno personal pizza box that say cook at 320(!) for 9 minutes. That temp is good, but 9 minutes isn't long enough-- 12-14 is more like it. Keep up the great work!
Hey Cathy - Great video on cooking frozen pizza - But one question on those large pizzas. ....What is that contraption you are using to cut the large pizza to fit into the air fryer. It seems to have a blue handle above the cutting blade. Looks like it also would be handy for other food cutting/chopping.
What is the pizza cutter you are using please?? I have tried cutting frozen pizzas with other cutters in the past and it never works out. I would love to know what the one you are using is as I am a single person household and this would be perfect for me to fix pizza for myself
Surprised that you didn’t try any Walmart store-brand pizzas. Their buffalo chicken stuffed crust pizza is the very first food I ever tried in an air fryer. (Bought one first for my daughter and the pizza was her choice). I was so impressed, I went and bought myself an air fryer. I like that I can prepare a portion of a pizza.
For the rising crusts, I lower temp and increase time, but I've never gotten them right, but the Great value mini deep dishes are the perfect size and come out well in 6 minutes at 360. I'm using a Ninja Foodi Grill.
I wouldn't know usually either, but I've picked up a lot of info watching various cooking channels. I know Med Rare for a Steak is 125, and that a chicken breast should be probably another 10-15 degrees above that. For example.
Great question. I have this free internal temp guide that will let you know what the internal temp should be for meats and most baked goods. Here's the link to get it so I can email it to you: bit.ly/air-fryer-tips
My kids love the frozen pizzas from the supermarket. The ones we get are rectangular shape and they just fit in the air fryer LOL . They are good to have in the freezer when Mr 17 feels hungry which is always LOL 😂
Hi, I just bought Cosori Dual Blaze (today) due to your review. My first meal was frozen pizza. I have a doubt: should I let (1) "AirDryer" function, 200 ⁰C, 5 min or (2) should I select "Frozen" function? Can you help me, please? Thanks in advance (hope I was clear - not a native speaker). P.S.: When can I use aluminium foil in this airfryer? Thanks.
Hey there! The functions don't change much (except "broil" turns off the bottom burner. So I just almost always tap "air fry" and then change the time and temp! And WELCOME!
Love Pizza but I make it KETO style for weight and health reasons. It taste just as good, I mean come on cheese and pepperoni and maybe a few green olives because I love them. We make it with a PSMF BREAD dough and you can't tell the difference. Love watching the cooking it gives me great ideas.
I tried cooking a frozen (rising crust) pizza and the bottom wasn't crisp even though the top was almost burnt. I used the recommended time/temp on the box.
Hello !! I love your videos! I've learned so much! To see the relationship with your kids warms my heart and returns my faith for humanity! Responsible and caring parents is what we desperately need. In another note, is it possible for you to make a bunched of recepies in a ninja foodi grill 6 in 1. I just got it as a gift. I know you are an air fryer girl but just wanted to ask. Maybe? Many blessings!
Hi E.G. thanks for your kind words! :) As far as the Foodi Grill you've got there, I don't own it and don't really have a need to! lol - I did see another youtuber do a video and she has that same air fryer: ua-cam.com/video/YJR232fwk2k/v-deo.html - she adapted a few of my recipes for her foodi... so I think almost any of my recipes should work for you!
I watch all of your videos, 3ven bought my Casori Airfryer from Amazon cause I saw that you and Mandy In the Making have that brand ! Thanx for teaching this old dog some new tricks !!👍
This is probably a really stupid question, but you said to try the rack to keep the pepperoni from flying around. Does the stuff really go flying around in there?
Amazon- it usually comes in an air fryer accessory kit. Here is a link to one- amzn.to/3PNnDJv. You can also find it on my Amazon page at airfryertools.com
Hi Cathy. Love this video since frozen pizza is our weekend go-to food. I've been trying to find the Pizza Rocker you use in this video. It would be very helpful if you could provide the Manufacturer and where you purchased it. Thanks so much!

I certainly enjoyed it!
Yes that is a good point about that Ninja. And yes, for some, just sticking with the oven for pizza works fine!
Thanks EJ - and those are great tips! Thank you for sharing!
Don't forget to apply for the Recall on certain Cosori air fryers.
Is that a special temperature check for the air fryer?
Hey Cathy - Great video on cooking frozen pizza - But one question on those large pizzas. ....What is that contraption you are using to cut the large pizza to fit into the air fryer. It seems to have a blue handle above the cutting blade. Looks like it also would be handy for other food cutting/chopping.
Hi Dan. Great question. That is my small little pizza cutter rocker. You can find something similar on Amazon: amzn.to/3HC8iYp
Beautiful family! Have a great day Sister
What is the pizza cutter you are using please?? I have tried cutting frozen pizzas with other cutters in the past and it never works out. I would love to know what the one you are using is as I am a single person household and this would be perfect for me to fix pizza for myself
You can find it on my Amazon page at airfryertools.com
Love your channel and sense of humor. Where did you get that pizza cutter from?
Hi Gerald - I actually got it years ago on some daily deal site.
Guess what! My deal team on my website found something similar and it's on sale! fabulesslyfrugal.com/deals/stainless-steel-14-inch-pizza-cutter/
@@empoweredcooks 👍
When the pizzas are frozen, I just bend them to break off a piece small enough to fit into the air fryer. 😂
So, they do make most of these in a personal size that fit's perfectly in an air fryer.
Thank-you for doing this! I always see these frozen pizza on sale and wonder which is the best for my air fryer. Keep up the good work!
We really liked the DiGiorno the most! (well, except the CPK was super yummy too... but thin crust)
Sounds like I missed a great opportunity!
For the rising crusts, I lower temp and increase time, but I've never gotten them right, but the Great value mini deep dishes are the perfect size and come out well in 6 minutes at 360. I'm using a Ninja Foodi Grill.
Mmm! Sounds tasty! Thanks for the tip!
How do we know what the internal temp should be? I've never used a thermometer to cook with
I wouldn't know usually either, but I've picked up a lot of info watching various cooking channels.
OMG!!! You're amazing 😱 I'm going to try it👍
I just got an air fryer and your channel has helped so much .. New Sub 👍❤
Awesome! Thank you!
Did you taste test after each was done or waited till the end?
We did it after each one was cooked, but edited to put them all at the end.
My kids love the frozen pizzas from the supermarket. The ones we get are rectangular shape and they just fit in the air fryer LOL . They are good to have in the freezer when Mr 17 feels hungry which is always LOL 😂
Ha ha - I totally get that!!
Hi, I just bought Cosori Dual Blaze (today) due to your review. My first meal was frozen pizza. I have a doubt: should I let
(1) "AirDryer" function, 200 ⁰C, 5 min or
(2) should I select "Frozen" function?
Can you help me, please?
Thanks in advance (hope I was clear - not a native speaker).
P.S.: When can I use aluminium foil in this airfryer? Thanks.
Hey there! The functions don't change much (except "broil" turns off the bottom burner. So I just almost always tap "air fry" and then change the time and temp!
And WELCOME!
@@empoweredcooks Thank you very much for your quick and nice reply. Best regards.
Sounds like a great modification!
Thanks for posting the video was getting ready to try I no to cook a little less
Hope you enjoy!
Thank you this was great for me!❤
Where can I find more info on the pizza cutter? Thanks
Oh bummer - I bought it on an online boutique a few years ago. However, here is something similar! amzn.to/3koVYRE
I tried cooking a frozen (rising crust) pizza and the bottom wasn't crisp even though the top was almost burnt. I used the recommended time/temp on the box.
Lower your temp to 360. 400 is too high for frozen P. Also use a lower rack on your Air Fryer.
@@empoweredcooks thank you!
Just saw tip for placing rack over…gonna try that
Works like a charm!
I watch all of your videos, 3ven bought my Casori Airfryer from Amazon cause I saw that you and Mandy In the Making have that brand ! Thanx for teaching this old dog some new tricks !!👍
Big recall on Cosori Air Fryers
I’m looking at a Cosori AF to replace my current. Which model do you have or recommend?
Hi there! I am loving this CP-358 model! amzn.to/2QtgPHq
This is probably a really stupid question, but you said to try the rack to keep the pepperoni from flying around. Does the stuff really go flying around in there?
Sometimes it does, especially if the food isn't heavy enough.
Where do I find that metal piece you put over the pizza?
Amazon- it usually comes in an air fryer accessory kit. Here is a link to one- amzn.to/3PNnDJv. You can also find it on my Amazon page at airfryertools.com
Hi Cathy. Love this video since frozen pizza is our weekend go-to food. I've been trying to find the Pizza Rocker you use in this video. It would be very helpful if you could provide the Manufacturer and where you purchased it. Thanks so much!
Hi Linda! I got it off a daily deal website, and haven't been able to find this exact one again. However, here are similar ones! amzn.to/3rotXN7
