Hello Viewers! This is D.K. Gupta (Founder of DNB Interiors). Today I would like to take you to our Modular Manufacturing facility at Sahibabad. DNB is all equipped with European Machines brought from Biesse (Germany). The second half of the video covers the product display area. The product display area shows Modular Kitchen, Modular Wardrobe, Bed, Door, Sofa, Chest of drawers, and Bathroom Vanity.

Which company HDHMR and Acrylic do u use?

1. Acrylic: There is no acrylic manufacturer in India yet. The traders import, and lam acrylic board manufacturers also import & process on MDF, HDF, and HDHMR. The country of ORIGIN can be Austria, Turkey, China, Korea & more. There are two types of acrylic A. Unicolor which is normally 1mm &
2. B. Transparent backed by paper to give that color or design. The Indian manufacturer is laminating that paper, to the best of my knowledge.
The HDHMR should have the proper density & right glue to make it ( High moisture Resistant). We use Action Tessa, Cross Bond, Adler

What is the per square feet cost of black glass door shattered almirah?

How to identify whether Local ply or branded ply is used in the factory made modular kitchen
Dear Mr Mahapatra.

There is word “ TRUST”. I believe, there has to be trust between the buyer & the manufacture. Besides, the branded plywood & the local ( so called not good ) plywood the difference in plywood cost will not be more then 30/- sft. A kitchen needs app 5 sft of material consumption per sq. Ft of constructed material ( face area ie width x height) means, if a manufacture is using, so call cheap material, the manufacture can save app 15O/- per sq. Ft & that may be 7-8% of of the selling cost. Any GOOD manufacture will not do that.
Now, answer to your basic question, No way, you can’t check that.
If there is any mistrust, you can check the material before it is laminated. That way you can be sure of what brand is being used.

I intends to use HDHMR and someone guides me to check green colour in the carcass or shutter in the hing areas or areas where hardware is to be fixed at my house.
MDF or HDF or Plywood or the Particle Board selection is product based for Indian needs. The best wood be laminated plywood for carcasses & pre lam or post lam HDF for shutters for better finish.

You release the * order with 50% advance* & after the material is ready, you make a *balance payment before dispatch* . Thanks!
