And still have space in epic universe for 2 expansions rumored to be lotr in one and Luigi’s mansion in the other. And they just got the awesome dreamworks area as well! The next 10 years are gonna be awesome for theme parks in Florida

@@jessicalaw5582Still not a good look for them. Warren Brothers keeps making movies and some of the actual awesome ones that would money they keep shelving or completely cutting for tax write offs. When was the last time Disney had to tax write offs and sacrifice a movie for that?

@@Remysnum1fan Universal had this planned for over a decade, long before any talks of Disney villains land and Disney is only doing this because Universal is doing it.
This is a desperate move by disney. Universal has them running scared and backpedaling into a long abandoned concept that bloated disney will NOT be able to pull off.

What are you talking about, it looks like your life is behind you because you’re sitting in a room complaining about literally nothing for no reason. Go get a job or a family please and thank you.
What a desperate move. This was rumored for decades but mothballed. So Dark Universe has made dismal disney unshelve it to compete directly with Universal, which is already doing better. This won’t even put a mark on Epic Universe because disney is going to do what disney does best: they are going to linger in development with it for much longer than they should and blow the budget. Then when they actually build it, they’re going to sanitize it so it won’t offend anybody, making it (somehow) both sterile AND stale. They are going to cut every corner and half-ass the final configuration and build ending up with an anemic, bloated shell of its original potential. Meanwhile Universal will have expanded on Epic and Dark Universe to its full potential.
Very negative. Can’t we just enjoy what we will experience in the future. Both Universal and Disney does come up with great ideas and without competition both parks would not be doing these amazing lands and experiences.
Finally someone that realises. "It's gonna have this, that, and that again..." It's just words. We've been there, and we've seen where they led. Plus, just the fact that they decided to wake up only with Epic Universe looming over them (even though they had the idea a while back), makes it seem even more of a desperate attempt to stay relevant.
