What he's talking about here is one's mindset to remember to not be arrogant or superficial, a common trait found in a lot of "successful" people such as celebrities nowadays. When you become successful, go ahead and buy the house or car of your dreams. Just never brag about it to other people and say you're better than them because you got all that money. psh. Considering that one of the bathrooms in this house is bigger than my current house - I'd turn off every light, and close every vent, and live in one of the bathrooms..... Microwave next to the toilet; and I'm pretty sure as fancy as that 'super toilet' is - it probably has a dish-wash mode. Soooooo I'm good.

I actually felt like some of the aspects were really cosy. Like the cinema. The outside view of the strip with fire. The kitchen table with room for lots of people. Seemed homely to me.

2) Invest the profits
As a single guy having lived in large properties before, I felt like it was too much for me. But here, the way they built this magnificent work of art looks so livable. Most large size homes just aren't livable. They are hard to heat and cool and lots of redundant areas. But this one....from what was shown looks like they found the right balance of large luxury and comfortable livable space. and a "True" movie theater. a must have for any property I buy. I don't want the Theater to be an after thought. This property I would definitely buy. Wish they could show more of it.

The thing I love most about this video is him telling everyone to stay humble. I know countless people who made a lot of money, "made it" and started becoming really arrogant. They started cheating on their spouses for younger women, started getting drunk more because they feel as if their work is done, they belittle anyone trying to do their best to catch up to their position. It destroys lives, relationships, and families.
So thank you, Graham, for interviewing him. I used to think being rich is an automatic pass for being arrogant without repercussion but in the end, it just hurts everybody. Stay humble.
