from someone who knows what he's saying: i think the reason that you tend to be backseated when you crash or drop is that you dont fully extend your knees when jumping/popping. really cool and well made video though for such a small channel.
not really. whenever we get snow, it starts out thick, then ends light and fluffy. This makes it so you don't hit the hardpack below the powder. Montana and canada may have lighter snow but you will still be hitting the hardpack underneath
@@spencerethingtoncan confirm. Skied at red lodge today with 15 inches of fresh pow but if you hit a drop or impacted the snow at all you would sink all the way down and hit the ground.
they call utahs snow the best because it starts thick then ends dry so you never bottom out. BC could get 2 feet of dry powder but you could still hit ice below
I’m from Utah, going to BC next week. Snow reports are looking pretty bleak. About half the base and little to no snow in the forecast. Meanwhile, Utah is forecasted 40-50 inches in the next ten days. I’m already getting fomo for being gone and I haven’t left yet.
Seems like lots of you enjoyed this video, here's another video just like this one:

Is there hiking required for Brighton's side country?
no. usually you traverse into it from the top of the lift but in this video we traversed way lower and still made it
@@spencerethington thanks!

I’m so sad I’m not in Utah right now. I’m hoping when I go this year it has good powder

helmet mount with superview
How are those black crows treating you?
they are very nice
You should look back at the bigger drops after riding them just so we can appreciate the size of them.
😂
Artis are great but Vertis are better in my opinion. Most people would die for either. Very hard to find them as well.

was just in that area, the snow is trash this year
@@EvilSt0ner it is pretty trash if your making about redlodge. They did get like a couple inches so it’s still not great but better
Canada bc has way better snow
Arguable

superview, 1080p, 30fps, +0.5 ev comp, everything else is default settings
@@spencerethington Do you have the Max lens mod 2.0 on it?
@@ThomasLaumonerie no, just regular lens, gopro hero 12 is very wide so I don't even use hyperview because it's too wide
