you can do neuvillette's story quest after act 4, it's really good and it helps us understand neuvi better i guess. And his quest is sort of a build up for the act 5)

I appreciate how Fontaine arc touch into more dark stuff and did have a courage to show more of horror element, would be great if they go harder in the victims revenge scene tho, they look a bit goofy in those model (personally).

By the way, as i maybe said before, we entered the phase of Hoyoverse where we can already see again how MiHoyo games actually does similar Parallel Narratives, (alluding to) Connections between them and do deep Hoyoverse lore hints. Love the cooperations and chess between Genshin and Honkai scriptwriters.
Even if we just look on GI, HSR and HI3 without other (included on the Imaganary Tree) Hoyoverse Games alone its clear as day for me.
This is also additional reason why Hoyo will release their Unified Launcher HoyoPlay soon, to foster the ecosystem.

Having watched Sarah Miller-Crews playthrough (Lumine's VA), she does the same and adds her voice to the unspoken lines on stream. Your impersonation was so good I though it was her a few times, lol. Looking forward to the rest of the vid!
Its always such a wiplash to remember that Books actually hold so many lorebombs and foreshadowing for everything (even tho i cant read them all the time and fast).
Like seeing Ei i remember the fact that she actually tried & killed herself once cus of her whole backstory and changes of views.
Or Peruer(Arle) presumed origins described in the Perifieri book, which connected with overarching GI lore.
From one perspective its a cool worldbuilding technique aka reward for the curiosity but on the other hand Hoyo is truly insane folk to sometimes limit this stuff only to books and not elaborate for.a long time or never.
Thank god we have some reliable Lore Archivists in community for GI.
While the story does make it obvious who the culprit is in the 2nd act, I can understand why you are still confused by 2:38:00. I knew it was Marcel cause he was the only one who sounded like a manipulator. Also his condescending attitude toward Navia really, really annoyed me.
But if we assume we were just looking for a mole Thierry doesn't fit as he knows how expensive Meka are and sounds like he's like, "those things better not break again, I'm not going to have to justify replacing one" when talking about them. I mean, it's still possible but if you think about what kind of salary a regular guard gets, even with the "well-paying" sentence there is no way he owns an army and not get upset when it's destroyed.
Also Marcel's reaction us telling him what happens totally sounds like someone who is probing for information and trying to deflect the conversation to something "safer". He is so suspicious on every front that while I'm shocked that it didn't pop out at you, I have learned to never doubt the power of people latching on to something and not willing to let it go.
I mean, that's pretty much the thing I did.

If you like act 2 Navia's VA, you'll surely love act 5 Navia's VA. Navia and Furina's VA were topnotch in Act 5.

Fontain Cast is the best as u start to notice even now!
Fontain story & narrative really is well written, they actually tried a lot here and what surprising its limited to GI scriptwriters alone.
Tho considering who is fav Hoyo char of Genshin Narrative Director & scriptriter i should not be surprised(talk about it after Fontain).
Hope the writing, characters and the story will not disappoint going forward.
I'm so glad you continued genshin!☺️ If you haven't tried it yet, you can wait under the Fountain of Lucine with the music turned off, and better to turn on voice on maximum, there's a very interesting Easter Egg!
