I was wonder if you fell off the face of the world but glad to see you still hanging in there.
The suspension I think could be sorted out with a expert doing some fine tuning.
I had my superduke done and I could not believe the difference. Night and day.
The same with the low end power. Thing chugged and coughed under 3 grand. Flashed a good map on and solved it quite nicely. Anyways, thx for the excellent review. Looking forward to your next vid.

Planning to purchase the Tuono Factory in the new year... Yay or nay?
Perrin Weber I’m posting 2 more videos this week on Tuono and Tuono factory. The base bike is every bit as good as the factory and 3K cheaper. If you want to stay in the Aprilia family, I’d get the RSV4 1100 over the Tuono. It’s that good. If you want a super naked, I think the KTM Superduke 1290 is a far superior bike....much better gearbox, smoother power right from idle, better ride, good top gear pull on highway, much more refined. The Tuono feels dated and the low end bog and clunking of the motor is annoying. There’s also the V4 Streetfighter in March...will be tough to beat.
@@FancyAnimal Thanks for the input, my friend! I guess that means more test rides come spring. I've ridden BMW's s1000r, the Diavel and the Tuono Factory so far and really dig the Ape.
I'll check out those other recommendations of yours as I really value your advice.

The low end bog would crack me in the head coming off a ‘17 s1000r, which I have found quite tractable in 6 from 100kph/60mph.

Nothing worse than straddling a liter bike that retains heat ... I sold my mint condition 2002 R1 because once it heated up it never cooled down ..
i have a 2017 rsv4 with a competition werkes exhaust... NOTHING sounds better or meaner.. stock exhaust on rsv4 or that akrapovic then r1 sounds better
