    Thanks buddy working on something very similar but I ended up just cutting the whole boss off the end and for 75 bucks had one of my bosses many companies matching me out a new boss new pin new bushings tomorrow I’ll be able to weld out and put weverything back together

    How is this holding up? I did the same to my machine last year, but didn't weld it. I did it as a temp fix, and plan on taking it apart this winter. As I understand it, the way to to remove JB Weld is to heat it, so it would seem welding would remove/melt down, or at least weaken the JB weld.

      I ordered them on Ebay by looking up Cat 304D CR dipper end bushings...Thanks for the comment and your support!

      Hi Sean,Thanks for the positive feedback, yes it worked great just make sure you weld the bushing with Hardened Welding rods due to the force that's going to be applied while machine is working.. Please Subscribe and Thanks Again for.your Support!!
