It's like when my best friend and I were young and playing. We constructed a whole world with rules and persistent characters and we were having the best time, until my friend's Mom walks in with his sister and says "you have to include her". We'd object because every time we try she changes the rules and doesn't care what happened before she got there. Suddenly nothing makes sense and the characters are all princesses and ponies. We lose interest, leave, and then get punished by the mom for not playing nice.

That's what I hope happens as a result of the collapse of Hollywood; a return to independent low budget movies with great scripts. Decent cinematography and visual effects can be had on the cheap now anyway.

Then he gets blamed by other high-level power brokers (many of them women) for everything, including many things he didn't do, to hide their own involvement and crimes.

In fairness to the stupid Disney retcon, the comics explain the process for bleeding a crystal much better. Vadar struggled failed a couple.times and almost died trying to bleed his. It's an intense process of channeling hate and anger into the crystal. I hate it but it's better than just randomly turning red for no reason.

The true reason there are more colors than just red and blue is because on Tatooine in “Return of the Jedi,” blue didn’t have enough contrast against a desert background, so Lucas just made Luke’s new lightsaber green. Then Purple was added for Samuel Jackson because he asked for it. The EU added more colors, and yellow and white first appeared in Clone Wars, as well as the corny dark saber. The made up lore reason to explain the colors is that kyber crystals have different configurations that cause different colors, and Sith use synthetic crystals to get the red color. Until Disney took over and retconned in the “crystal bleeding” thing.

I didn't watch the show. But watching the clip of her Force choke Sol made me absolutely livid. Not because I care about this dumpster garbage show or because I cared about any of the characters, but because of how Disney has absolutely, positively butchered this beloved IP beyond recognition. Her doing that to him is an allegory of the wanton destruction of Star Wars. This infuriates me to no end and I'm not really that much of a Lucas Star Wars fan. But it is despicable and I want absolutely nothing to do with it ever again.
