I think its bcuz right they are called by names & treated well... It's like it's a comfortable place 2still stay & so visitors are not attracking as much negative entities. But over time people who visit all these scarier type or haunted locations may bring 'things' w/them.
Not all of them are spirits. Demons like to shapeshift into people and spirits so you might never know what’s around you

At 6:00 in the video you see the chair in the hallway was moved away from the wall. Omar walked right by it and it was in the center of the hallway, when he was in Jim’s room talking about Jim it moved. Also at 31:19 the emf reader goes off in your hand as you are walking around to the second light.

@27:20 when Omar is walking the hallway that is a hot spot for the crawler, if you listen very very closely, you hear "get out" shortly after Omar says "he's not in here." You really gotta listen, because I told my boyfriend and it took him a bit to hear it as well. It's a very faint get out breathed and you can mostly hear it focused on the left ear.
I held the phone close to my ear and I heard it. I'm surprised I was able to.
