The dish sounds v. tasty, although I think I'd like mashed with cheese that forms a crust. Still in the story they decry that tourism has ruined French cuisine, especially little-known villages. Didn't anyone catch that Rick's thrived on doing just that??!! Once the cat's out of the bag good luck trying to put it back. Secrets no more.
