Your reaction is like kid hear his favorite character when he die because something epic will happen lol
Imagine being so good at your job your buried with full military honors by the enemy
@Cristian Roth It was also kinda a propaganda move by the Entente powers to show that they treated the enemy well even in death and claiming the Central Powers did not. Though the military leader of the town he was buried in did threaten to leave if locals didn't stop trying to desecrate his grave site so I guess that counts for something
In WW1 it wasn't that unusual. People still had a rather feudal mentality towards war. these were men that did their duty to the country. no one you had t ohate or disrespect, different to WW2 which was just one big historical grudge match. So if your enemy was a skilled warrior of honorable character, it was the "right thing to do" to bury him like one of your own.
Hey there Kaiser! Hitler still using your army to annex france?
@@exoticdachoo007 yeah :)
Hold up... KAISER!
Von Richtofen also was buried by the Allies with full military honors.
And that is the best part
Wow i didn't know what.
Yeah and the man who buried him was pissed when he heard locals vandalized the grave site
Welp, if that isn't spitting in the face of all the people he killed, I don't know what is.
I get it, he was a hella of a pilot and probably not a bad guy, but fuck me, how the fuck do you defend that to all the parents who lost their sons, the widows who lost their husbands, and the children who lost their father? How do you defend to your own countrymen and the people you are charged to defend with your life, that you're putting on full ceremony and honors for the guy who killed their loved ones? What possible rationale makes up for that insult? That he was good at what he did? That you respected him? That he was a good person? That doesn't soothe the ache he left behind. They ought to be ashamed of themselves.
@@KaNoMikoProductions If you like to understand why he got this treadment you should look up some documentarys about him.
The poor hat didn't stand a chance. The red baron claims another kill.
and he's flying higheerr

So now it's 81
@@Plooooof well those 80 are just the *confirmed* kills, he probably had a higher tally.
To rhyme “Squadron Leader” and “Rote Kampfflieger” is fucking legendary.
I ejected every single type of bodily fluids upon hearing that line. Was fucking amazing.
I agree that line is awesome and it makes sense because rote kampflieger means re fighter pilot

Ha, ha!!🤘😁 So many great songs, why choose?!😊
Agreed
Right? I always think I only listen to a few songs on Spotify and i usually listen to their complete discography instead:-)
I second this
I have most of their albums downloaded already, but I will never forget that this was the second song of theirs that I listened to. The first song I heard from them just so happened to have been the last stand.
Night Witches needs to be next!
THIS
yes, he should react night witches live hellfest 2017
Absolutely!!!
He would love Night Witches
Hell yea!!
He died in his 20’s and was buried by the Allies with FULL HONORS. It also is not known to this day who actually got the kill.
All the planes under his command were painted crazy colors and were nicknamed “The Flying Circus”
crimsonknight it was thought to of been a Canadian pilot, but it doesn’t matter, he was a hell of a pilot and deserved the respect he was given
@wolf squad it is also believed that from the angle of the bullet that the Canadian plane could not have pulled it off. So it is possible that it might have been an Aussie on a Lewis Machine Gun that got a lucky shot though it is not known. But I agree with you he was a hell of a pilot.
Maccabee haven’t heard that story, but thanks for the info, but yea, whoever did it, was either really talented or lucky as hell
@@wolfsquad1532 I also read he was shot down from the ground. I actually also like that version better, it keeps him as the undefeated king of the sky. But his life is more important than his death. He will always remain legendairy, a myth like the heroes of old.
@menno graafmans that’s what I was saying with the story of it been an Aussie with a Lewis Gun on the ground. But sadly we may never know shot down the most well known pilot of all time which is a good thing in some ways.

One of the Nightwish concerts I attended, Sabaton was the opener. Talk about a lot of amazing music in one night!
Sabaton opening for Nightwish? Wow. When Nightwish came in Romania they had archenemy as an opener. Now they got Sabaton? They grew quite a lot
@@tiltedwriter6469 : Watch the Nightwish Documentary "Please Learn the Setlist in 48 Hours." There are several points where the name "Sabaton" is seen -- including the shirt of the fan in Eastern Europe they gave a bit part in the documentary to.
i saw then when they was supporting for dragonforce was in 2009 though was still awesome they got better reception than dragonforce lol
Last years Wacken.. man Sabaton is such a trip live. So worth it.
That’s probably because Floor is married to Sabaton’s drummer
You want more Sabaton to react to? How about "Angels Calling" or "The Lion From The North" next (especially if it's that "The Great Tout" video)... Pleeeeeeeeeaaaaase?!
Lion From The North with footage from the recent tour is a must.

Ten weeks after von Richthofens death a certain Hermann Göring (22 kills) became squadron leader.
I would love to see a reaction when Sabaton sings in Swedish. (Carolus Rex album. Since you've done Carolus Rex in English, why not try it in Swedish and compare them?)
Just to hear what you think about the difference in both singing and language - how it affects the music.
Personally I think that Joakim gets a more "harsh" and personal voice in Swedish.
Stay true, stay metal! \m/
//MetalUnitesPeople
I love the swedish version of that album more than the English one and I don't even speak swedish \m/
To really hear the difference in Jocke's voice you'd have to listen to A lifetime of war or however it's called in English.
Cartis It’s the same name in English
If you want to hear something different than usual from Sabaton, their song about the Holocaust, The Final Solution, always sends chills down my spine.
"I don't want them surprised, i want them to be afraid"
Extra fact about him: his red plane wasnt him alone, his entire squadron painted their planes bright colors, they were called "The Flying Circus"
Imagine being in the air for the first time as a young British pilot and suddenly you see this weird strawberry coming full speed in your direction
The "death from above" line still gives me goosebumps, years after my first time hearing it 🤤

The energy that you output dwarfs what nuclear reactor can make in a year.
Dude. This is the best reaction video of anything I've ever seen. You are correct, sir. Plus side, this song just doesn't get old.
Thank you comrade for listening to my song! 😮😊
Just on the title, Iced Earth - Red Baron/Blue Max
It has been almost nine months since I saw Sabaton live... I need my fix now!!! (But thank you for this reaction, it helps with my withdrawal…)
"Lion from The north" is an awesome song!!!
Attack of the Dead Men, next! Sabaton's one of the best metal bands I got into this year.
The term is "Ace of Aces," it's a title given to the active pilot with the highest confirmed kills in a branch of service in times of War. Because "Active" is a qualifier for the title, it tended to move around a lot throughout the two World Wars. Von Richthofen claimed the title in the Imperial German Air Force after his mentor Oswald Boelcke was killed and held it until his own death (from groundfire, he was never shot down in aerial combat), and after the Great War ended the title was posthumously returned to him as the Imperial Ace of Aces with a final confirmed count of 80 Allied planes. Please note that this is only his "confirmed" kills, because von Richthofen operated in a squadron that was stocked with Aces by the time the war ended (edit: among them, his brother Lothar with 40 confirmed kills. Of the two brothers, Lothar was the stereotypical fighter jock that took risky chances. Manfred was more by the book and wasn't a fan of high risk maneuvers, he thought they were stupid and pointless) and a kill was only "confirmed" if it was witnessed by at least two others, be it ground troops or fellow pilots (hence the red plane, easier to say, "yep, the red one got the kill" when watching from the ground). It's been theorized that his actual kill count was almost double. His counterpart, the Allied Ace of Aces, was named Rene Fonck, with 75 confirmed kills. Fonck survived the war, but was a commoner who did his best to avoid the limelight, and who really remembers second place?
Also, the use of the organ at the beginning was a nod to Jagdgeschwader I, the Air Wing the Red Baron commanded made up of his four hand picked Jasta squadrons. Their planes were very colorfully decorated to make the aforementioned ground identification easier and they traveled all over the war on both fronts, which earned them the nickname "Flying Circus." The organ opening was meant to sound like a foreboding circus introduction.
If you liked the fast pace of this song you should check out Night witches.
I promise it will be worth your time!
Keep rocking through these hard times! 🤘
that organ..
love it
I've seen Sabaton live just last week and it was just amazing🤟🤙
The „Richthofen Geschwader“ was also called „Flighing Circus“. Because every Plane in his squad has an other painting and they are flighing like artists in a circus.
And it was a message to the Enemy Pilots…., „if you see a group of Crazy colored Planes…., Go home, ore die!!!
And after Richthofen died, a man called „Hermann Göring“ get in charge. In WW2 this man was the German Airmarshall and the Right Hand of A.H.
“The last stand” or “Night Witches” has to be next 🤟😎🤟
Great reaction Mr Rock N Roll!! plese react to more Sabaton Uprising live in Woodstock (Poland) 2012 is a great one!! that song is about the uprising of Warsovia in the WWII and is a tribute to those men, women and children who figth and die against the German nazi in 1944... live in Poland is awesome!!
40:1 is one of my favorite Sabaton songs
when he says "DEATH FROM ABOVE YOUR UNDER FIRE" it makes me laugh!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I've got such fond memories of this. Before they played this in Oberhausen, they brought a keyboard on stage and Joakim said "This is a party organ. Whatever you play on it, it's gonna be a party!" And what kind of party it was. So fucking epic.
I love how hype you get in these, it adds something most reactors don't have, my recommendation for the next one would be the winged hussars it's awesome
I wish this dude was my father, he would be so fun to hang with and listen to rock all day. Just me him and rock n roll all day everyday jamming out and going crazy!
Finally more sabaton, IV'E BEEN WAITING FOR SO LONG!
I've watched this reaction about 10 times over the last week. It cheers me up somuch 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 So funny!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Keep rocking! 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘

My dude. You need to shine more light on sabaton! Maybe even for more live versions of there songs.
But hey it's up to you I ain't telling you what to do.
Another song you should give a listen is gott mit uns (I think that's what its called) just an idea man.
Always a fun time with you bro :)
I was checking out the past videos and was Thrilled to see you did Sabaton before. This band is kick ass.
When the red baron came out I was playing Body Harvest on my N64 and I just got his machine. Sabaton had the best timing
god man you are so done ^^ best reaction i´ve ever seen :) but this song is just awsome of course. fast paced and epic
Lets be real. We all had that reaction when listening to it first time. And after i listened to the song countless times i still get the chills. Masterpiece
I just found this in my recommended and I am beyond glad that I watched this
I have seen this with you and Bismarck so many times! Never gets tired of your reactions LOL
Thank you so much for reacting to this!!!! Next, I suggest Sabaton - Rorke's Drift or The Attack of the Dead Men
massive smile on my face when you started knee stomping like the lead singer lol
You ever wish you could erase a song from your head so you can be floored by it again? that's what watching this is like.
When your ENEMY shost you down and burries you with all honours, you know you are legend
Genuinely every single time I hear a Sabaton song I get the same reaction, theres just something so special about Joakim Brodén's voice and the instrumentals. I just get so pumped every single time, and its not often that a band can do that. The Red Baron still has to be my favorite song, and I'm glad that you got such enjoyment out of it lmao, to this day it still gives me chills.
the most genuine reaction i have seen!! Fantastic! I love you, and sabaton!!
Funfact : the instrumental Part on the organ (same from the intro) at the end is playd by the frontsinger Joakim.
Sabaton live from Woodstock 2012 and Wacken 2019!!😁
If a reasonably fast Sabaton song is already enough to make you go crazy, go listen to 'Reign of Terror' from their debut album (Primo Victoria). I think that is the fastest song they've ever made (or at least one of them), and it will _really_ put you into a frenzy.
Then again, pretty much any Sabaton song is worth listening to. These guys are as big as they are for a good reason.
Love your energy man absolotly wicked !! Rock on !!!
Bruh I spit my drink at the "Death from above under fire! WOOOO!!" 😂😂😂
He actually started his military career as a cavalry officer, but transferred into the Imperial German Air Service after the war started. Not only was he a great pilot but he was an excellent squadron commander.
Just how happy he is while listening makes me happy too
Song was so intense it got you doing a whole ass workout routine
To Hell and Back! To Hell and Back! Do it! Great reaction as always.
Iron Maiden also has a song about the Red Baron: Death or Glory. The singer of the Band, Bruce Dickinson collects old Warbirds and owns a Replica of the Fokker DR1, Richthofen's iconic Triplane.
I don`t know why the Focker triplane is so famous related to Manfred Albrecht Freiherr von Richthofen, because he got only 19 kills in the DR 1. The other 61 with the Halberstadt D II and the Albatros D II-V.
Love to see you in all of your videos ;) Fist bumb from Sweden ;)
You should check out the live concert version of this song they released recently. They had the crowd singing along and everything. It gave me mad shivers man!
Best song to play on loop while flying a plane in BF1 :D

Mr. Rock N Roll Baron Manfred von Richthofen was called "the red baron" due to two reasons:
1. He really was a baron (Freiherr von Richthofen)
2. Due to his success in the air as flight pioneer ace he painted his doubledecker red so he could be seen by allies and foes to fear him.
Sweden here🇸🇪 Do ”no bullets fly” Damn man give me the chills?! You rock man🤘🏼
You're one of the most feared pilots of the great war, eventually racking up 80 kills, leading a squad called the flying circus. That's how you know you're not someone to fuck with
He was also actually Baron Von Richthofen, he came from an incredibly rich family and had a full claim to the title of Baron, he had the highest military honors in the German Empire, was buried honorably and also commemorated 60 of his kills with ornate silver cups with the victim's ship model and the date, right up until the silver supply was low in Germany and instead of accepting cheaper metals he stopped the orders. He also served as a Cavalryman before becoming a pilot.
When the enemy buries you with full honors you know you were that damn good.
the flying circus was painted bright colors for two reasons. to show German troops they were above them and there to help.
Also to show allied pilots they were in the air "come at me bro"
I wanna drink beer and listen to metal with you, you are one awesome dude 😂😂
This is the best reaction ever he even dances with it the other reaction is there faces was like "eh"
good job youtube recommendations , i like his spirit
Manfred Freiherr (German word for Baron) von Richthofen was the highest scoring fighter ace in WWI with 80 enemy planes to his credit. The British & Americans call him The Red Baron, the French called him Le Petite Rouge (Little Red) and the German called him Der Rote Kampf Flieger (The Red Battle Flyer). When he was shot down he did not land his plane it crashed smashing his face against the gun butts. A couple of books say he landed his plane but they are as there is photos of his crashed plane.
