      honestly out of all the ai models out there, mr beast's has probably the largest amount of data to use, therefore it would sound the best. and quite a few points were made about english maybe not being a first language. id absollutely take this for tutorial/learning sake just to get the explanation right

      I never understand why clearly eloquent people, or eloquent enough to write an outline of the script and get a TTS to sound reasonable, make these intricate videos without buying a microphone. Is their voice really that bad? If english is a second language, how is the script so 98% correct? The only excuse is if you're skynet or don't have vocal cords ;) I forgive the latter, in which case I'd be the jerk :p

      My written English is really good, but pronunciation sucks. Can happen if your learn by yourself and not in an academy or something. Also English pronunciation is stupidly hard. Its a phonetic inconsistent language for a reason.

    "I don't know. Clean up your code or something"
    Most of the time, it comes to this. But it's good to know some basics about game optimization.

      i am not sure if it comes to fix your code for new game programmers like me. At least for the games I make code is not that heavy but instead all the meshes, lights, etc are. And damn this video helped a lot to explain all of that

      Maybe that's mid-prio if you're not very good at coding or memorizing codes and you don't have all the time in the world.

    I appreciate the video but please don't use that kind of music on your video, there is a reason why you never hear this type of music in commentary based videos and why most youtubers have a really low music volume or no music in the background. It can give people a headache and make it hard to focus

    My actual question is if I should use threads? I heard its quiet heavy to create and destroy them. So I thought about benchmarking but the problem was that most of them methods don't even execute until specific conditions meet. So I wanted to know a full proof way that can create all those rare conditions and then give me benchmark so I can compare it while using thread and while not using threads. How do I achieve this?

    Question, I am trying to optimize something and I haven't found a way on the internet
    When I try to instantiate a pre-loaded scene that contains a mesh with a 3d shader the game has a small lag-spike with some FPS drops, is there a way to pre-load a shader before so it does not happen?

    • @RyanGamesOfficial
      @RyanGamesOfficial  4 місяці тому +1

      Try instantiating all your scenes once in your loading screen before you get into your game.
      Or save all your shaders in the file system, and have a script to sequentially apply them onto a material in your loading screen.
