I LOVE THIS FORMAT. Maybe try traditional Italian Carbonara with no cheats or hacks next? Most of the ingredients can be portioned in advance for easier production.
Traditional italian carbonara isn't very hard and it doesn't take very much practice, your pan just can't be very hot at all and most people are super impatient
i cant wait for the follow series of "100 Times In A Row" where he reattempts all of the foods he tried making 100 times, with one attempt each and is rated
I appreciate these videos because it does show that with practice you do get better, and noticeably so! And that backslides are a thing, but not indicative of failure!
16:39 ive been working at an american sushi joint for ~2 yrs and spent that whole time going "huh, we use a hell of a lot of plastic wrap don't we?" so this made me laugh out loud
Me for 99% of this video: "I am not skilled enough but man I want soup dumplings" Me when V pops in and tries while Josh stretches on the bench behind her: "That looks like a good stretch, I should try that." *immediately pops my hip out of place* "I should have known that was going to happen."
Josh's taste response to number 97 was the EXACT response from the video on the gmm episode 1327 when Jim Baker tasted the mac and cheese in his apocalyptic food buckets. 😆
What on earth was with the ratings?? Me: "Oh that one looks decent" 25 Me again: "That one looks exactly the same" 70 Me once again: "That one looks terrible" 70
14:38 the background music is giving Burt Bacharach! I feel like Josh should be wearing fake eyelashes, opalescent blue eyeshadow from lid to brow, frosty pink lipstick, and a flowing, silk gown.🔥
im a trained potter. pulling handles on mugs is something quite similar to folding dumplings i think as you have to be really careful and meticulous. one pull too much will brake everything and one too less will give you a handle that is too thick. my master always told me you get an idea of control when you pulled 4000 handles on a cup. she was right. after a few thousand repetitions you get a feeling for it :)
Pretty impressive to attempt to brute force duplicate a process usually done through years of muscle memory and carefully learned precise technique. Really fun to watch.
in context to the comment about being born 1 year old for koreans, Korea recently changed that law, so all South Koreans are now "younger" then they used to be to match the rest of the world.
Step one: roll a circle
Step two: make the rest of the dumpling
you lost me at step 1
Step 3 ????
Step 4 profit
Step 5: cry
Step 6: give up
Art tutorials
100 dumps... one third of a kitchens output in a normal day, congrats!
I'm drunk, and need all 100 trys of this dumpling. Please Joshua
give me to me pleeeease
lmao
6am 😅
@@camerica7400there are a whole lot of other countries out there. And those who are on nights. It's 5 o'clock somewhere.

Josh being food stressed reminds me of food drunk Keith and I love them both.
Eat the Menu: Mythical Kitchen
"Then I don't have to cover my whole body in corn starch." Fireman style calendar starring Josh when?
☹️
I’d buy that
Good mythical calendar!
“It’s fun to stay at the..”
“Y am I here?!” 🤣
19:35
The timeframe is 19:35
Killed me😂
I was *just* thinking yesterday “he’ll never pull another omurice” AND YET
spitting out my cerals rn
ew
You should do these over two days. Sleep helps you learn.
Honestly tho! Cut the time in half over two days, gives you time to think away from the kitchen.
Like bon appetite used to make lol
I LOVE THIS FORMAT.

I think Neapolitan pizza would be harder
Traditional italian carbonara isn't very hard and it doesn't take very much practice, your pan just can't be very hot at all and most people are super impatient
Carbonara ain't hard. It will not take 100 attempts.
The amount of times I've made Carbonara and ended up with gritty egg sand crap --- This would make good content haha
I say Cacio e Pepe for giggles
And “Ding Dumpling’s Done” was THE FIRST DUMPLING.
Madness consumes us all.
i really hope this series continues. josh's mental anguish is hilarious 😂
Man i just woke up and read that "Taking the world's hardest dump 100 times in a row"
If you tube allowed that Josh might do that.
You've seen what Josh eats and in the quantities of on top of working out incessantly. Your brain was just filling in the gaps.
Like it was hard to poop or the actual piece of poop is hard?
@SeanLoveRobot Yes.
😂
well good morning to you too dumpling boy

Josh on a Monday morning: How do I torture myself this week?
Tuesday Morning: 🥟
“It’s fun to stay at a… Y Am I Here” 😂😂😂 that killed me 19:34
Stark white, ice cold fingertips.
Is it Raynaud's Syndrome, or 100 cornstarch caked soup dumplings?
Neither. It's the skin of a killer, Bella.
16:39 ive been working at an american sushi joint for ~2 yrs and spent that whole time going "huh, we use a hell of a lot of plastic wrap don't we?" so this made me laugh out loud
When Josh took his glasses off, I almost forgot about the dumplings 😋😋
Labial vibe is a great stage name
I was thinking punk band.
drag name for sure
@@emmawoolley9021I can just hear Trixie Mattel announce it as a joke name. "Please welcome to the stage, Labial Vibe."
It's the Idiocracy "welcome to Costco, i love you" version of "happy dumpling day, i love you."
Lily trying to spit on the table with immediate hand movements from Josh brought me somewhere I didnt expect to be this morning
“Mind memory”? Josh, blink 100 times if you are being held against your will.
„… a quarter of an onion sits in my fridge for 6 months.“ I will not stand for this personal attack! 😂😂
20:52 - words heard behind closed doors at a retirement home
Oh jeez.
……………………..AH HELL NAH!😂

Josh's taste response to number 97 was the EXACT response from the video on the gmm episode 1327 when Jim Baker tasted the mac and cheese in his apocalyptic food buckets. 😆
Josh is not going to be able to feel his fingers by the end of this.
Agreed 😅
Well, now Josh can easily roll a circle!!!!!!
Hearing Josh just scream, "GOD DAMN IT!" Made my whole day 😌😂
99.9/100 is fricking awesome Josh! You better be damn proud Josh!
this is such an entertaining format, you should do this with soufflé🙏🙏
Josh should try to make the perfect Big Top Cupcake from the TV ad in the 2000’s or possibly make his own…
The music supervisor(s) on this show? Next level. That doo-doo-doo-doo vocal stuff was giving Singers Unlimited, and I am 100% here for it.
clutched my pearls when josh said hawk tuah

i would rather eat 100 ravioli shaped soup not so dumplings than no soup dumplings
I read this 4 times and it makes no sense

He would look lovely
Folding dumplings seems like rolling a joint
Don't diss thick tops.
14:06 V's response to Josh 😂
"wait before you do it.... CRANK THAT THING OFF!!!"
This is a great distraction thanks Josh and gang
Soup dumplings are my favorite. When I visit California family I try to enjoy them with the family.
...and THIS... this is some amazing Mythical Kitchen content!
Cannot help but envision Josh studying throwing footage as closely as he did the dumpling tutorial.
Ok right off the bat…I will now be singing “ding fries are done” all day now! Thanks Josh 😂😂
this is my new favourite series
Josh 13 minutes into the video... "what does a soup dumpling look like"
Impressive prep for the video :D
I was 4'11'' and 173 lbs in kindergarten. You are not alone as a giant child. Your pain is felt
That's child abuse
What a goofy lie
@@higgy82What a goofy comment. My best friend in 2nd grade was a girl named Caitlin easy over 5ft. Both her parents were 6ft+.

8:50 What the hawk tuah?
i was hoping to see an old grandma judge the last one.
My toxic trait is that I feel like I could do this perfectly on the first try
Josh is a certified dumpler
You can try to change the tune there, but Josh was absolutely dropping the Halo Theme when he made his first dumpling. We hear you, Spartan!
LISAN AL GAIB!
One thing we learned today: Josh cusses in Orcish
I genuinely love these episodes they’re so fun 😂
38:10 poor Josh…touch grass, buddy! Touch grass!🤗🤗🤗
20:26 is honestly a stunning impression of Dak Prescott 😂
Much like Josh anytime I cook the first time is the best time until I fully master the craft

13:14 Lil Dumpy is going to stick. I hope Vee is aware of this hahaha
Can you please incorporate Moroccan food and make a video about such incredible and diversified cuisine🇲🇦♥️??!!
7:14 who sneezed? That was addorable!
"ruptured fissured hole" is not a sentence i thought i would every hear in my life.. but here we are lmao
FUIYOOOOH
I'm glad josh stretches his hips out the same way i do lol
I'd love it if they included a clock in the background so we can see how much time is passing as Josh slowly goes mad...😅😂
Well, guess I’m having soup dumplings for lunch now
Cacio e Pepe, next installment. Please
The true “progression of man” 😂
i think josh needs to do a blind-folded control to see the muscle memory development
music choice at 21:20 is incredible
Is this the start of Dumplings R' Us? Where you can "Take a dumpling on us"?🤣
21:18 music is so beautiful for what 😭😭
Trevor pullin a Joel Osteen at 31:19
Can I be the table. 4:15

Can’t believe I just watched 40 minutes of someone making dumplings 😂

josh tryna speedrun muscle memory
Those dumplings still seem pretty soft, you can make it harder. Have you tried edible glue to thicken it?
I like to think Josh’s spirit animal is a gibbon
I sneezed at the same time as whoever in the video and I thought Josh was yelling at me for a sec
Great dumpies Josh
So.. is there a reason why we werent using a mini disher for consistent filling portioning?
The best part is we can eat our mistakes 40+ years 😂
I loved The Jersey on Disney too!!
