It has never been seen as “cool” or “attractive” to most people. He would’ve gained more respect from people if he had a stable partner and family. Brad Pitt was another heartthrob around the same time and he has always been popular even when he was married and has children. Now I'm personally not against 18 year olds dating someone who is older (if that is their type), but I do want to caution you if you're that young. Just be careful with who you hang out with, because some of the men AND women out there, are only out there to take advantage of you, because you may still be impressionable at that age, even if you're now an adult. If you have close friends around you, if they tell you they have a bad feeling about something, hear them out. That is exactly what I was thinking. I know that sometimes people can be handsy, kids can be handsy, but usually that's because of familiarity or if someone is under the influence of something. No, 12 is when abstract thinking is available and 16 is when sexual maturity is reached. 25 is the age the up to which you might get better biologically but some people mature early and some NEVER do. Actually they did a study in a gay bar and 90% of the male there said they’ve had experienced inappropriate relations with older men in their youth. I think Leo is bisexual after reading his interview from the 90s. He said he wouldn't define his sexuality after playing a gay character in a movie. Some theorize that he used models as covers for his secret relationships with men through the years and that contract relationship theory seems to support it. I know the feeling! I work with people who act like how Leo was acting. They get you riled up and try to get under your skin over anything and everything. Once you start to stand up for yourself that is when they want to act like the victim and call you the crazy one and they have everyone else join in on the hate. Gaslighting and bullying at its finest. But in the end it’s just a reflection of themselves and not you. Words can hurt, but that doesn’t mean it defines you.

This makes me so sad because I love all his movies. But it's true; young women are much more impressionable and easy to groom. Peoples’ frontal cortex doesn’t fully develop until the age of 25. While this probably does happen… I think in Leo’s case, he is just attracted to young women and with his power, he can date them and continues to do so. Even though it’s creepy, I don’t believe there’s some kind of conspiracy behind it.
Actually they did a study in a gay bar and 90% of the male there said they’ve had experienced inappropriate relations with older men in their youth. The good number of men out of those who acknowledged these abuse also admitted to having relations with age inappropriate youths as adults..so unfortunately with men, the cycle is much more likely to continue than with women.

I think Leo is bisexual after reading his interview from the 90s. He said he wouldn't define his sexuality after playing a gay character in a movie. It was more like he was trying to suggest he was fluid with his sexuality but his agency wouldn't let him come out. I think Leo only dating young women is something conditioned in his psyche since he has always been seen as such a dreamboat since he was a kid. He seems to be afraid to step out of that image.
