- I cant believe i actually did this oh my god
So for those who have been in my channel youve seen the crappy notes doodle animatic of this already,
well now after 4 years (yes. 4 years) of brainrotting over this song its actually animated !
This was me once again pushing my limits on what i can do on ibisanimation and going absolutely crazy animating this stuff for over 2 weeks now
Im very surprised it took this quick
Finally i can do OTHER THINGS (had loads of fun making this though!)
I hope it doesnt hurt your eyes i always make my animations overly flashy sorry about that - __-

Remember when i said i wasnt gonna use this oc anymore ? Well im using him again his name is Exodus say hi everybody (aandd say hello to Genesis too)
Exo is what happens if you try to bring your already dead child back to life via freaky alien parasites and it goes really wrong
Theres more information of him on my instagram , in the Lazule highlight umm
Im not very sure if ill make an animation of him again but i will draw him from time to time along with the rest of the cast of course

Thessalonians was originally gonna be named Revelations but we scrapped it in the end, i sorta forgot why but im glad we did because i didnt want to keep calling them 'Reeve" SKFJDJFD

This is incredible. Every shot has something new and striking, from the flickering between faces, to smooth animation, to the use of colour, to the very creative use of lyrics. The sense of motion from "see how the serfs" is breathtaking, and I don't have an appropriate adjective for the transition from the blob creature to the cameras. I love every part of this, and it flows together perfectly while always fitting the tone and beats of the song. I need to experience this fifty more times and then I need to watch it another fifty times to form an interpretation. Thank you so much.
I don't know how common "mother tries to bring dead son back to life using freaky stuff and the boy ends up confused and tormented" is in media, but I'm getting quite a few 2003 FMA Wrath/Izumi vibes.

this is absolutely stunning and I have no words. I don't usually comment on videos but this is criminally underrated
What is there to say here that has not already been said? Absolutely breathtaking. Watching this (especially the first 48 seconds), gives me a feeling of dread and fear that I still can't seem to shake. Like a demon that is lurking around a corner, but you can do nothing but continue to press on down the hallway, against your better judgement.
The beginning give off this feeling of begging and pleading with whatever god may be above to escape whatever fate befalls you. There is nothing that you can do, but you just don't accept that and are using whatever time you have left to try a hail-Mary to get out.
Now, from that point on, this dread turns into hopelessness and the feeling of being trapped. There was drowning (I swear that throughout this whole video, I was unable to take a whole breath). Then all is lost.
And then, right after it stops, it just starts again. You brace yourself for the torture that awaits Exodus. A torrent of memories of a life long-gone, and then, it just suddenly calms down. Back to (what I assume to be) reality, and, along with the bittersweet ending of the song, is a bittersweet (albeit, much more hopeful) ending of, instead of an ever-changing ocean of light, color, and unfamiliarity, is now a calm, stable scene of comfort.
I cannot stress how blown away I was by this. I got what I came for, and more. You earned the subscription, and I honestly think that it's not enough, because you, sir, have talent. True unbridled talent that more people should know.
