@kypharrop I agree, they can ignore them, but the act of ignoring (read - ignorance) is an acknowledgement in itself. Being oblivious on the other hand....
LOVE this video, my experience was different, my doctor was like, `FINALLY, I`ve been waiting for you to open up to me for years` and I was like `why didn`t you tell me this, I would have told you years ago`! C`èst la vie. And my `rents were totally like...DUH, we know! I think you`ve got to be really outta touch parents to not have an inkling!
I would like to know how you deal with fear, if at all. I accepted myself and came out at the age of sixteen. My first introduction to learning about people like me were through stories like Brandon Teena and Gwen Araujo. I was overcome with fear of ignorance. I live in the states in Texas, and this was a very real fear I faced every time I walked outside my door. I am curious to hear if you had an experience in dealing with fear.
@encyclopedialydia Who doesn't love a nerd? Seriously! I have no doubt you'll be awesome! Finding the right time is always the tricky part. I pretty much just got tired of being uncomfortable :| I'm sending good vibes your way!
Hey man, I think before you start looking for a trans boyfriend, you should research a bit more about terms and how to talk about trans bodies. Most guys don't want you to use female terms. Also, don't put the word male in quotation marks, it suggests that you don't see us as men but something masquerading as male. Peace mate.
I started tearing when you began to talk about your grandmother's reaction.
I'm so jealous of you and your family. You're lucky to have a reaction like that.

That's probably in everyone's best interest
