At times when things are grim at the vw hqs, u ppl should not mislead buyers into buying a new vw. The car is excellent , no doubt, but where are the spares, service centres. Check the list of vw showrooms that have shut shops. In that sense, fiats chevys are also good but that doesnt meen you start recommending those cars for ppls who spend their hard earned money in buying their dream cars!
Some people like me love the simple n sober design of this car.
Between Verna, City and VW vento which is the best automatic? In terms of performance, power mileage, low maintenance cost
Best drivers car
Owner of 1.2 tsi
I am planning to buy 1.2 TSI.
For how long you have been driving this car & how is your experience till now?
@@harishwangikar7037 experience quite good but the service cost is you can say high and I have to say that this is the best driving car in sub 14 lakh rupees
Why Its not having Highline pls Drls?
I think u should review 2019 version
Hi, thank you for your suggestion. We will work on it.
Drl projector come only with high line plus.
My Vento 1.5TDI Mannual give 23.5kmpl wen u drive @110-125kmph in highway!!! More than a mileage u ll enjoy the ride quality of the car. A great car to buy.
Hope Indian buyer can grow sooner or later. They should come out from chrome and cheap plastic. Life is more important than new peppy looks and chromes. This car is not meant for middle class mentalty who thinks kitna deti and upgrade kyu nai aa rha. This means rich looks solid build quality comfort drive and decent looks. If you can compare it with other rich looks like beamer or merc then you will find that those rich german cars also takes time to upgrade and update because this leads to reduce price of existing models in the second hand market plus german car company takes time on testing and comformation of the product.
Not everybody in India can afford cars and you making fun of those who manage to buy cheaper cars just shows you in poor light.
If everybody were wealthy, nobody world care asking about mileage, would they?
JayCee Denton hi
You have taken my comment in different way. I had maruti swift 2010 and i loved it. I purchased as per my pocket. The car fulfill my needs and i used it as family car but on one day i faced an accident which happened by my dad. Unfortunately due to dark in night dad put car on the bumpy road and suddenly oil filter damage and bumper got hurt badly.
The car cost me as same price as vw polo. Then I thought if i have to take care to my family then I have to think beyond some mean points. I doesn’t mean to harm anyone feeling but yes family comes 1st when you deal with other things.
Now i am have vw vento
And vw polo and Ford Fiesta but it doesn’t mean hat i can under estimate to anyone. Hope i can justify myself be

I kind of got your point. I just felt that when to you said 'Indian middle class mentality', it sounds harsh. There are lot of people who understand and love cars like vento, but due to financial crunch, they have to settle for cheaper cars or just use public transport and be satisfied at looking others' cars
JayCee Denton when i say middle class mentality this includes me too and even in India you find the one who is financial strong too will think and behave like normal class (🤪) like to negotiate while purchasing stuff even i does too
plz tell me vw vento 2014 desel model hw much milage get????? waiting for urs replay...plz
Really a solid car.. we feel like we are driving a suv.
Is new VW Vento or Skoda Rapid expected soon ??
Hi Pankaj, we do not have any official confirmation regarding the same. Do stay tuned to our website to keep a tab on the upcoming cars.
The background score is noise....and annoying...get rid of it.
Hi, thank you for your valuable feedback. We will definitely work on it in our next video.
And please ask the the “like” at the end of the video, not at the beginning
If i were to buy a sedan with a budget of 15 lakhs, it is definitely a vento
Its state of art and elegance can never be beated by any one in this segment
Every car has drama
But THE VENTO is sophisticated and mature
Not bells and whistles
CARscenogenics agreed
Best car especially the tsi its dope.I just love to drive it daily
I am planning to buy 1.2 TSI.
For how long you have been driving this car & how is your experience till now?
@@harishwangikar7037 over a year now, initially it was giving less milage but after running 8000kms I am getting about 13kmpl city plus highway.i use premium fuel only.
@@drsiddysadventures551 Ok Thanks, And how much discount did u get on the on road price? and which accessories should i ask the delaer for the car in that amount?
Did I hear correct that TDI is offering 14+ kmpl mileage in city? This figure should be for TSI I believe.
Quality of exterior and interior is amazing. It's not overdone like the others
That's not a coin holder. It's rather a sunglass holder. And the slots below are for SD cards.
Indeed is a sunglass holder and slots below are coin holders.
The noise in engine is of Turbo charger and it should be
Planning to buy High line plus DSG, but looking at international version "Vertus" I just feel that Indians are being charged more. No clear updates on Vertus launch in India !
No, don't buy it. Wait for the successor, based on the MQB platform.
Bro I have 2011 1.6ltr TDI, its a rocket inside the bonnet.
Bro iam planning to buy 2011 1.6 petrol
@@prashantnaik609 patrol version u can drive more time then diesel. So go for it and the body of 2011 is good quality of metal.
That's The German
Yes yes
I brought the vento again only for that good ride and good gearbox
The issue is the diesel engine sounds literally like a tractor and the 1.6 MPI doesn't hold a candle to the city petrol.........the 1.2 TSI model is the only variant worth getting but that too is too expensive especially considering that this is a 9 year old car......the only positives is the high speed stability other than that this car has nothing to offer
Diesel engines sounds like a tractor but when it starts reving your 1.2 tsi and 1.5 ivtec won't be able to see 1.5 tdi's tail light
@@umanggala4474 bro we had a vento tdi highline manual from 2015 to 2018 that car on its best day when the temperatures were low did 0 to 100 in 10.7 usually it was 11.3 to 11.7.....now I own a city petrol SV edge edition I hit 0 to 100 in 9.6 9.7 easy Evey single time regardless of weather outside.....also city's engine has vvt which come alive post 4500 and it screams to the redline of 7000 rpm....bro the city petrol is on a different level trust me...and I had taken a test drive of the polo GT TSI and it felt much faster than the vento diesel.... potentially due to the dsg but it was faster
@@hellodarknessmyoldfriend5910 even I had driven vento diesel for 200 kmph and we have city petrol in our family. City has better refinement and smoothness but can't mess up with torquey diesel cars like vento diesel. And actual city takes 11 seconds from 0 to 100 whereas vento diesel and rapid diesel takes 10.38 seconds. And also vento's turbo pulls up from 1300 rpm whereas city's catches revs from 2000 rpm. Even when we were driving city and were wishing to chase creta but it was next to impossible
@@hellodarknessmyoldfriend5910 and ameo diesel and figo diesel are pure gem
@@umanggala4474hmmm interesting...... here's what I do....on a hot day when the tarmac is hot and there is less wheel spin I hold the revs till 4000 and just dump the clutch other times I hold the revs till 2500 and progressively release the clutch in both the methods the city was faster from a standstill.....btw I was using an obd scanner and the torque pro app to record the timings
I would any day prefer the more good looking cousin, Skoda Rapid

Technically VW Vento is much better than overhyped feature loaded Verna
I heard so many stories about the ground clearance problem when it is laden.
What's up with the soundtrack?
Diesel Verna the best & Petrol Honda City.
Vento is the beast ,
Had a GT Tsi & I disagree with the mileage bit. Never gave me more than 10 km/ltr
Can someone request VW to bring UP+
n i c e............................wecs synergy
my fav clr blue
Bad dealer chain - utter wastage of money.
With diesel car 18.7 is very low mileage
When Verna - 22 + and ciaz - 27+ providing a lot better so it's a negative point 👎
I am a fan of Vw . But vento is a no go, sorry.
Why
Lots of theme music, less info. Can be half the video time.
Hi Ganesh, thank you for your valuable feedback. We will definitely work on our music in the future videos. :)
VW fan but this was offensive to audiophiles 🤨
Hi, thank you for your valuable feedback. We would definitely work on it in the future videos. :)
Superb car
Same interior since inception. Boring
Vw should start selling vegetables , may be they can make some profit . Lol.... selling cars in India is just not their cup of tea
this guy tries to prove german vehicles quality lack
Nope it is not worth it. Look at the international Vento (known as Virtus) and then talk.
Don't waste your hard earned money guys.
what?
I dont like noise engine
Thats the diesel. The 1.6 petrol doesn't make noise. More silent than maruti
VW 💯

Nowadays people's are interested in compact size suv like creta...not this trash...!!!
Creta is a garbage car. Vento shines in dynamics, solid build quality, high speed stability, and performance. Lightening fast gearshift. No one asked u to buy vento. Be happy with the tin can suv from Hyundai
