Im convinced at this point that scott gimple and team have no clue and no plan for what theyre trying to accomplish. They are just throwing shit at the wall and depending on nostalgia with whole sophia thing to draw people in..i didnt enjoy this season.
Just did a little Googling and the Chunnel is 31.5 miles long, so with the average human walking speed of 3 mph, it would take about 10.5 hours to walk. That's without obstacles and guano hallucinations of course. People who could walk faster than 3 mph could theoretically make it in 9 hours, but they'd be moving. But basically, it's not impossible.
I love Carol but it felt like as soon as she came, the writers were like we have to abandon the whole story we were doing. I mean look at what happened, pretty much everyone we knew died or went off and now Carol and Daryl are doing their own thing. I'm not happy with it and I'm 1000% not happy with Isabelle's death. I was pretty disappointed by this season
The channel tunnel was built in the early 1990s, completed in 1994. You can use both the Eurostar - which is the high speed train service which takes you from London to Paris/Amsterdam and a few other European cities via the tunnel, takes about 2.5 hours total, around 30 mins in the tunnel - or if you heading either way via car, you get loaded onto a shuttle train from port cities either side - takes approx 45 mins in the tunnel. Hope that helps.
I’m sad I didn’t like this season as much as the first which is a bummer because I love Carol. I’m hoping for a better season 3. My gut feeling is that Daryl had another experience of romance to allow him to see he can love again after Leah. I think the writers may be planning for an end game of Connie.
Trying to think of the scientist the whole episode only to remember he was killed already. Feels like they are ending the France era of this show. I don’t think we will see any other character besides Codron.
Guys, sorry to burst your bubble but the doctor already died in episode 5. Codron killed him after taking his shotgun. It was dark so I can understand why you think he's still alive.
I've really enjoyed season 2 of The Walking Dead Daryl Dixon The Book Of Carol even though I am still a little bit upset with the fact that Isabelle was killed off which I still believe to make room for Carol but over all it was a good season not a perfect season but a good season also guys the lady that you guys were talking about that just allowed herself to get eaten by walkers without screaming her name was Anna she was the lady friend of Quinn the underground nightclub owner that got Isabelle's sister with Laurent
I didnt like all the main villian flip flopping....and the tunnel hallucinations in the finale sucked...but overall it was decent ... i hope season 3 is better. Im thinking it will be
Season 3 while Daryl and Carol try and get home. Laurant meets Judith they fall in love Rick Flys to Spain to pick up Daryl,Carol and wait for it.....Jeffrey Grimes, 😂😂
I think season 1 was fantastic - A 9/10. Season 2 was a step down, but still pretty good - an 8/10. But I do think the last two episodes were really strong and has me hyped for season 3.
Carol was amazing up to season 6, but then she started getting stale (though I liked her arc in Season 9 & 1!). She has long overstayed her welcome (like most TWD characters, some might say). And c'mon, she's like 60 years old and they expect us to believe she is still out there taking on thugs half her age? You know what would be FAR more interesting than what they are doing with her so far? Showing how a badass deals with issues that come with aging, losing the edge they once had and having to come to terms with it. It would be realistic and something we don't see that much. Same with Daryl honestly, though I think he's a bit younger. Carol's arc should have ended when she was still a plausible character.
I think it would be weirder if they never addressed religion (the elephant in the room sorta) at all. They did in the original with the Father at first. I am not religious but have no problem with folks who are as long as I don't have to be. Even Isabelle said that she encouraged the "specialness" of Laurent in order to protect him. I totally get that. In those times, you would do whatever possible to save your child or relative's child. They did show the cultish aspect of religion gone awry with the whole "we're going to prove he is a savior by allowing him to be bitten." I thought this season took some flights of fancy (pun intended), but it is a fantasy after all and I'll allow some creative thinking. The writers just need to be smarter and we need more than 6 episodes. BTW, I did hear that the next season will just be TWD: Dixon, so I hope that is true.
Season 1 was ok, season 2 was worse than the one's who live and world beyond sadly. Too many villains deaths like literally 1 every episode in season 2, which doesn't build up enough story for the character to care about. The scientist was killed by condra. Season 3 I hope returns back to rick and Co, if not then I'm done with it, dead city I have a feeling even if the story might be a little weak, we get the negan we love again. Overall Daryl needs to go back to Alexandria to be with someone he loved and loved him back, Connie.
Honestly, the second season is worse than the first. And Carol's appearance does nothing to advance the plot. They also forgot about the most important thing that they promised, to tell why they need the dead from the USA and did not explain the scene after the credits of season 2 of The World Beyond. Poorly written villains, main characters, passable characters. I disappointe in this serial i he had high hopes. If the first season was still good, then the second is much worse, and the plot of this season is to save Laurent.. And I’m generally silent about how they explained who returned "Daryl: You said on the radio that someone was back, who? Carol: Not a person, but a feeling, the Commonwealth became so quiet, the past came back like a ghost, and I had to leave, I was worried about you" 🤣Melissa McBride looks like she forced to star in the series. And there is nothing to write about the villains; It would be better, instead of introducing a new villain in each new episode, to leave Zhane and fully reveal her plans for the dead, why she needs them. I give this season a 5/10
Everyone blaming Carol for Isabel's death even though they killed off literally everyone (or they ran off into the unknown) at the end of the season anyway. If it was to make room for anyone it would've been Ash.
I don’t understand why you guys are so critical? 🤷🏻♂️ I love that the show keeps going forward, just think about not having anything. What if everything was done? Then you guys wouldn’t be here 🤣😂🤣
The scientist was killed by Codron in the catacombs.
I was about to say he got a shotgun to the face.
Im convinced at this point that scott gimple and team have no clue and no plan for what theyre trying to accomplish. They are just throwing shit at the wall and depending on nostalgia with whole sophia thing to draw people in..i didnt enjoy this season.
I was waiting for this video!!
still disappointing that no original variant walkers and no continuation of the world beyond end credit scene
I enjoyed S1 way better than S2. They 💀 off all the women in S2 and they didn’t have to. I hope Codron is ok and we see him again.

For me the episodes in order of enjoyment was episode 5, episode 4, episode 2, episode 1, episode 6, and episode 3
This list could literally go in both ways, so I'm gonna ask for everyone, which episode is your favorite?
@ episode 5

“It’s pretty long…that’s what she said” 🤣🤣 Made me lol. Love you boys ❤️
Don't think he said that as a joke but it was kinda funny
@ oh I know…it was totally unintentional which made me laugh 😂

Do you guys like the 2nd season of Daryl more than the first and how would you compare it with the other spin-offs
Season 3 while Daryl and Carol try and get home. Laurant meets Judith they fall in love Rick Flys to Spain to pick up Daryl,Carol and wait for it.....Jeffrey Grimes, 😂😂

Norman is only 3 years younger
Daryl and Carol have like a 2 year age difference.

Agree about the religious aspect, there's cults now so imagine how bad it would be if the dead were reanimating???

i agree a 100% , wish they didn't include Carol and focused on the new characters
All I wanted was Laurent to be eaten
Everyone blaming Carol for Isabel's death even though they killed off literally everyone (or they ran off into the unknown) at the end of the season anyway.
If it was to make room for anyone it would've been Ash.
The actress who played Isabelle wanted off the show
How have you not watched Harry potter!? 😂 it's worth the ride
I'm not a fan of season 2. Hopefully they make the next season better.
Season 1: 7/10
Season 2: 5/10 and that might be generous.
Just a massive disappointment
This season was terrible the writing was all over the place
I don’t understand why you guys are so critical? 🤷🏻♂️
I love that the show keeps going forward, just think about not having anything. What if everything was done? Then you guys wouldn’t be here 🤣😂🤣
This is why they destroyed Omaha. 🤣😂🤣
I think it's just disappointing to get FtWD quality writing at some points when s1 was so good.
