Awesome jig Patrick! This would work nicely on my old Craftsman 12".
Oh, and nice shirt! Thanks for the support!
Another great jig by Patrick's Workshop. Very good video too.
Cool man, looks like it works pretty slick
Nice job Patrick! Thanks a lot for sharing this. Great jig.
Handy little jig. I should make something like that. Would probably be quicker than using my router for roughing out some circles.
Great jig Patrick! I really like the way it hooks on the front.
Cool build on this jig Patrick. These are very useful on a band saw.
The circle cutting jig for the bandsaw came our real nice Patrick. I am a radial arm saw person too. Had mine for quite a while. Great video!
Love how you got all radial arm sawy in this video! Looked like you were going to make a Toblerone bar there for a bit :) Cool build Patrick!
Are you planning on making a wooden dragster? Could make some big ass rear tyres lol BOOM (over)
Hi Patrick, great jig, thanks for posting. How about making the " business end" ply block a little longer than just the two inches to secure the two pieces of channel, say six or eight inches? This would support the work piece as you rotate it to ensure a perpendicular cut to your saw table. Thanks again, Tim
Cool jig, Patrick. It looks like it could double as a cross bow.
Oiii, adorei seu vídeo, parabens!! tbm tenho um canal onde falo sobre faça você mesma, casamento, maquiagem, unhas, tags, resenhas e receitas. Da uma passadinha lá e depois me diz se gostou, beijinhos ;)
Great idea Patrick i really like that one, now i want a Bandsaw and Radial Arm saw
Hello from Hamburg Germany
Ist SUPER CHANNEL
Very cool set up ..I like the way it hooks to the bandsaw so u never have to worry about it sliding around on ya ... Keep the great videos coming
Nice! Like the mechanism. Under view Boom!
nice jig man. I need a circle cutting jig for an upcoming project so that's perfect!
I like it! Very simple idea. Looks easy to build. I would probably add some support wings but other than that l think its a great idea and its small and easier to store than most others lve seen.
Nice job and loved the video
Awesome Patrick. This is going in the "I gotta make one" folder
Vert cool build. Maybe someone needs to have a jig competition.
Nice job Patrick ! thanks for sharing
All the best Bram
Nice job Patrick. Cool and useful project.
nice project , i would add 2 support pieces at the intersection of the beam with the miter slot to form a support table for the material that you are cutting. with those support pieces you material won't wobble when you are cutting the circle.
good job :)
the R.A.S. does kick ass!! i havent been using mine seeing its in the garage and its been -5 - 19 degrees for the past month or two where im at.
but hell yea man thts a kool project!
just a sugg. maybe use a larger dowel/pin that way itll eliminate the wobble..? but u know whats best seeing its ur make.:)
oh and i think we have the same table saw.. i have the P.CABLE model # PCB222TS.. ?
Looked like the pin was a little too tall.
Very nice design; congratulations. Marc
Thanks. Looks like a winner idea. I love your Radial arm saw base. Can you show how it was made and installed?
Nice jig! ...Love the radial arm saw BAM!
Thinking I need to make this jig, pretty cool Patrick!
Cy's Corner Hey Cy.; ) I think you do need to make this jig ,,it works great thanks so much for watching .. Patrick
smart design!would you mind to tell me whether you always remove the round alu plate in the center to give space for the jig hook, or the plate does have little use as saw blade goes its own way?
That's Great, going to have to make one of those! Your band saw looks a lot like mine! I've created a FB group called Whirligig Wind Toys with pictures of projects.
+gwheyduke cool i will check it out thanks
Thousands of dollars in shop tool to build the crappiest circle jig ever. Good job.
Another nice project from Patrick's Workshop!
Saw the "chevelle" written on the garage door. My favorite car! I had a 66 and a 70 (neither were SS)
Love Chevelles I have a Pinterest board just of them. (My Pinterest is TCool316) true muscle
i especially the way you recycle wood.i dislike having to spend money on wood i can pick up for free!
Nice project Patrick, I will be making one asap. cheers
nice job patrick
cool
That's an awesome jig Patrick.
Seriously ingenious! !! Great video good job.
Lol saw kicks ass
Nice jig for the band saw! Definitely a thumbs UP. Thanks for the video.
I've been subbed for a while now and I like your videos.
Great video, subbed.
Patrick's work shop
If you do another utensil type project, please consider including me as an entry. Many thanks Francis.
I'd have a RAS in a minute if I had room for one.
Nice work! I really like the method you used to keep it secured to the table.
Nice design Patrick.
How small of a circle can you cut with this jig?
Here is an idea you may find useful. To add stability you can run a few scrap pieces from the far end of your jig to the table lock piece and that might keep the work piece from wobbling as it spins. If need be you can add a 4" or 6" piece on the tail to extend the side pieces that you add for a bit more stability and it will not interfere with your locking mechanism as it is. The piece that fits in the slot can be lengthened a bit to extend the front of the stability pieces as the wider it is the more stable it will be once locked into place. I hope this helps.
Patrick's work shop I am glad it worked for you... Your videos are very informative...
I can see where it needs a wider base to help with wobble but still freakin genius! I love how it hooks into the table. nice job man
thank toolman ive made lots of circles with it and it really works good thanks for watching
nice job there man
This is a nice lookin jig patrick, thanks for sharing
nice jig patrick
Very creative Patrick....
Really creative, great idea.
Cool!
Great Jig Patrick! I wish I had one of those kick ass saws!!!
Nice design. I like it a lot. For work piece stability, make the piece in the miter slot the same height as the rest of the jig.
thanks buddy i made a block that locks it in and fits around the blade too i wanted to add a wider board to support it but it worked for what i was doing thanks for watching
Nice job
Awesome!!
nice job.
Sweet!!
