I live in Kansas, and on the highway between my hometown and my college town there is a truck junkyard. Every time we pass it, I think "Wow, I really want to get one of those livestock trailers and kit it out for Wasteland Weekend". I won't be able to go this year, but here's to hoping I can do it next year!

Very cool but....what do you do for electricity and running water ?
It's all pack it in pack it out. People bring about 2 gallons of water per person per day (one for drinking, one for cleaning, etc) and lots of solar and gennys for power.
I really wanna go to this but mainly I wanna take my dad to this really makes me wanna buy the military hummer ive wanted for years and I haven't seen one in any of the wasteland weekend videos
Actually, I can't think that's there's ever been a Hummer. There's plenty of large military trucks though
There was a pretty awesome Monster Truck Death-Nova last year. I was sorta bummed not to see it in the video, but I know it's in the official video!

Real fights? like none. The community is really great and any real problems are self-policed pretty quick. But for the cage fights, thunderdome fights, and jugger fights...TONS!!!!

Sure. Consider rip and repair rather than just putting holes in things. Makes it look like you've had to learn to save what little you have. Also think about functional survivability. Work a water container into the concept, where do you carry weapons of you do. Lastly, think about the character and where he/she comes from. City, desert, forest? All would have different details.
