But i gave it no importance at all and rebooted the game and went back to try and P rank the Noise fight

I started playing, bit something felt....off. whenever I hurt peppino, I felt bad, like somone was watching me do it. When I closed my ds, instead of mario saying ba-bye, it was peppino saying pizza tower guy. I never knew what that meant. But once I saw that ourple guy, my screen was covered in hyper realists blood whenever I hurt peppino. The pizza tower guy would show up on the bottom screen, mouth my name, then dissappear. I never touched the Game again, and I sold the ds and game. Thank you for the memory child dream nostalgia

There's an animatronic "pizza PTG" in the pit with Don't Make A Sound's first secret. It's very subtle, but he's doing the same pose with the beer bottle and has a similar expression on his face.
I only found out about this guy because I was looking at the game files via UndertaleModTool. I thought he was just cut from the game and programmed never to appear, but nope, I guess I just never noticed him in my playthrough lol.
