Thank you so much for your support.
This is how I make paintings and I am not formally trained.
I learned from asking questions and watching my friends.
I am so thankful to have very talented friends.
    I used
Kotsugaki bokujyu for outlines and grey shading,
    Suihi pigments for colors,
On hon mino paper with rashin fude outline brush and saishiki fude for colors.

This was a really helpful video! I've always practised sumi-e with black ink only, but I've recently been scrolling through Pinterest, looking at those traditional Geisha paintings, as well as Hokusai paintings, and fell in love with them, so much I decided to paint some. I honestly couldn't find any tutorials for those, but this looks fairly similar to what I'm looking for! This time-lapse helped me see a better perspective and finally gave me the courage to try to paint in traditional Japanese style!

Amazing work, I've a very similar design on my thigh but it's not as good as that. I love how you cut and paste to change things and your eye for detail is amazing.
