That made me realize how much more core and quad strength I need to work on. Couldn't really do some of them but adjusted. Great sequence, good sweat and I look forward to repeating this to help me do it all. Great job!

One thing thats great about Tasha is her routines are not very predictable -the time signatures are all over the place. usually not to your benefit! The first set was brutal if you stay in your squats!
Decided to click on a random fb bodyweight workout and wew was already struggling on the first pair of exercises 😂 Was reassuring to see Tasha having to take short breaks/struggling at times/panting too - makes us feel less alone and doesn't paint an unrealistic picture of how one can be entirely calm doing such intense exercises. Thank you for the workout! ❤
Bravo Tasha !! Bravo Fitness Blender !! because of you guys, I don't have to go to the gym as often these days. I can just set up and get sufficient guidance from you. Moreover, I can do it 2 or more times a day, cos it's so convenient, which I couldn't have achieved before.

She's great. Very smart planned workouts: challenging, sharp, fast but neat and clean complex movements. You can tell she is both mentally and physically smart. Trying to get back to my previous cardiovascular performance after a year of only weight training, with her workouts, turned up being exciting, motivating. I really love her, so agile.
sheesh I wasn't expecting that to be as hard as it was... even the warm up was challenging! But I did it and really enjoyed. The fact that Tasha also struggled a bit at some points was very reassuring to see, it makes it real and I feel less bad for struggling - if someone who is as super fit as her finds it challenging, it must actually be challenging rather than me just being useless 😅
Guys please upload an hour long hiit cardio and. Abs or a complete full body strength training session! 🙏🏻 P.S kelli and daniel i miss your workouts together 😢
