I hope that you're doing ok :) If it took 4 hours, do you think it was too high above your fitness level? Sometimes we can jump the gun too fast and injure ourselves doing things that are just too hard for us at the moment The Body Project makes super low impact, accessible exercises which I love. They really warmed me up for months after coming back from being sedentary for years. Once I didn't need to pause them anymore, I moved on to stuff like this :)
I did this first thing this morning and I’m glad I did. Reading your comments, I couldn’t help myself! My workouts have been unintentionally moving later and later but a morning workout is such a good way to set the tone for the day. I feel all warm, relaxed and limber now, instead of stiff and sluggish. Workout complete, my long distance workout buddies 🙂💙

Thank you so much for this workout, Kelli! I'm a 66 year old woman. I've been blessed to be slender most of my life, and I'm not the athletic type so I tend to be lazy about exercising. During this quarantine time I've become even more sedentary, and I've finally started to get a bit overweight! I finally decided that I'd better start working out, for bone density, general health and weight loss. My sister in law told me about Fitness Blender, so I checked it out and found this video. I love it! Let me count the ways: 1. The white background is soothing and distraction-free. 2. I'm glad there is no loud frenetic music. 3. I'm glad that you detail the low and high impact options (I've been doing a mix of both, more high impact as I get into shape.) 4. I love the notification sounds that let you know that the interval is coming to an end (sometimes it's such a relief!) and the miniature Kelli showing the next exercise. 5. I so appreciate your warm and pleasant demeanor. 6. The lawn mower. Just kidding! (Actually it isn't bad.) Thanks again, Kelli!
You kow why I love you guys, cause you make your viewers feel so COMFORTABLE by always saying: "it's okay if you wanto to take a break" "listen to your body" "go at your own pace" "switch to the easy version if you feel you need it" just by knowing that I have the option to stop puts me in the right mindset to keep going. Instead, having a trainer full of makeup and glitter that shouts at me "DON'T STOP NOW, KEEP GOING!" makes me feel so uncomfortable and aware of my limits and then if I stop I feel so ashamed of miself and I don't want to go back to that workout ever again. Thank you guys not only for providing us with great content but also for actually CARING about putting us in the right psychological mindset to fully succeed in your workouts

This was just what I needed today. 30 minutes, no equipment. I did mostly the high impact, although not super-fast (I'm in my late 60's, so I don't try to push too hard). I love your videos - so supportive and non-judgy. Thank you!

I whole heartedly agree with everyone, it's like working out with an old friend again. I've been working out along with Fitness Blender for years and really appreciate their accessibility- both in the form of their work outs and the free videos. I loved this addition. I prefer workouts that have a lot of different activities. The variance keeps my body and mind stimulated, where too many repetitions of one exercise can demotivate me as I know that the exercise that I may not like is just going to come back around again. I felt very good after this one. Nothing sore or strained, only the right kind of hurt ;> Thanks so much!

I really appreciate how this workout wasn't incredibly intense. It's just the right length, and there's a lot of good stretching involved, too. It's PERFECT for those days when you have little motivation but know you need to do something. Loved it, Kelli!
I love how there is no pressure at all with them. I suffer from an eating disorder and I used to obsess about how I wasn't doing enough, I had personal trainers who even encouraged me to stop eating. But with them is completely different, is healthy, thank you guys.
I'm an ex-fitness professional transitioning into my senior years with style, grace and health. This was a great workout - focused on core and major body areas, easy to tailor to any fitness level, and safe enough for everyone. Most important thing to do is to pay attention to your body - find that Goldilocks zone for you (not too hard/ not too easy). I'm very glad I found this workout - I needed a creative kick (pardon the pun)!

Okay so after years of on and off relationship with exercise, I have FINALLY decided to make it a lifelong commitment. *Current weight* - 65kgs *Target weight* - 52kgs I can do zero full pushups, 5 burpees and plank for 1min right now. *Goal:* 25 full pushups, 20burpees, 3min plank *Judgement day-* December 31 I’m declaring this publicly to remain accountable. I’ll post regular updates. Please help a buddy out. Keep me accountable guys! *Final result:* I have partially achieved my goals. I can do 15 burpees now, 2 min plank, but only one full pushup. I couldn’t check my weight because I broke my weighing scale by accidentally dropping it, but last I checked it was 57kgs. So it should be below that now. I saw great progress in my measurements though. Before:- Chest 37.75 inches Waist 32” Thighs 24.5” Arms 13.25” After:- Chest 35” Waist 28” Thighs 22.5” Arms 11.75” I’m fairly happy with the results. But I’m not stopping yet. I have picked up an even tougher challenge for myself!💪🏻

I NEVER comment on UA-cam videos, but I had to say that I LOVE FitnessBlender videos! I'm a teacher doing distance teaching from my classroom right now, and these 30-minute workouts are perfect for my between-Zoom times, and the kids don't have to know that I stink to high heaven! And I agree with the other posters: Kelli and Daniel are amazing. They're encouraging, positive, funny, and excellent teachers. I love the bloopers, the lawnmower, the camera-side dog, etc. It makes you human and really relatable. You create serious workouts without taking yourselves seriously, and I think that's what makes these so much better than the rest. Thanks for kicking my butt and letting me enjoy it. :)

I did a mixture of high and low impact. I love that there’s no repeat exercise because I feel like it goes so much faster (but sometimes I like the repeating exercise). Thanks for always being such a great workout program that I look forward too!

So im 25 and have just had a baby. My gym closed for the second time during this pandemic. I was able to hike and ride my bike, so I didn't miss the gym as much as I do now. I live in Phoenix. It was 91 at 6:00 a.m. Needless to say, outside is not pleasant. I found this 30 minute blender. I love it. I'm 74 years old. The options were great. I work out a lot, so the more strenuous moves worked for me.

I was feeling unmotivated and I put this workout off the whole day. Then I reminded myself that a FitnessBlender workout never feels forced - you guys always make me feel like I'm doing this for ME, not for the gains or to beat some kind of record. You just want me to move my body. So I thought "what the hell, I can move my body for 30 minutes". And now that I have I feel relaxed, refreshed, and motivated to move my body for 30 minutes tomorrow as well!

Got the notification, then just dived in and did this workout :) This one flew right by, and was so fun to do! So many new moves - I love doing the kneeling plank rocker - and makes me sweat even while doing the low impact mods. I stumbled across your videos during the first part of the quarantine, knowing I needed to keep moving and needing something low impact. I find the range of workouts on your site perfect for me and especially like that there is not distracting music being played underneath your voices. I am odd in that I do not enjoy music while I work out, I like it quiet. Even though I did return to the gym for a short time, underlying health issues have made me decide to keep working out from home and Fitness Blender is a way for me to stay motivated. I even find myself doing some of the movements during the day to keep limber or give me energy. I have recommended your site to several people and will continue to do so. Thank you.

I never comment on videos, but I feel the need to chime in! I have never been able to stick to a workout routine consistently..until I came across your channel. Your positive reinforcement has such a major impact on my outlook on exercising. I don’t feel discouraged or pressured, and am HAPPY to be active. I’ve tried other at-home exercise videos that were repetitive and “hard-core” (where the trainer motivated through making the viewer feel bad about themselves if they didn’t push hard enough to finish the routine) and thought that was the best way to force myself to workout. Kelli, thank you so much for this feeling - the stress and guilt has MELTED out of me. Quite literally! There was a LOT of sweating for a workout that wasn't even THAT intense. I've been in quarantine for two weeks in a flat with very limited exercise space and I've been really missing my daily run. I thought this was going to be torture, with 2 weeks of very little exercise in between... but it wasn't. It was burning all over, but I never felt defeated. I was able to do the high impact version throughout, which really boosted my confidence and willingness. Now I can't wait for the next one! PS: Loved the blooper reel 🦮

I had been working out actively with Fitness Blenders since Februrary but somehow midway through September... I just gave up on myself, entirely. I slept at like 2 am yesterday but still forced myself to get up at 7 and told myself I gotta work out, no matter what! I ended up seeing this one and doing it even though I'm more of a strength person and I can't believe how fitting the message at the end was for my situation. Thanks a lot Kelli. So, I'm at week 10 of pregnancy. The height of fatigue and constipation and therefore frustration. This helped my anxiety soooo much. I went in thinking "okay just all low impact" and after the warmup I put on my big boobie sports bra and some shoes and did the high impact version to finish. You guys have helped me for years... when I started my fitness journey in college, way back in like 2014, and then when I transitioned to living in a new place all alone, even when I got married to a marine and traveled a bunch, and now as I'm going through a pregnancy... I wish I could hug you both😭💞 all I can say is thank you. Thank you so much for putting out the effort and energy so souls like me and every other viewer can access super quality and free workouts... you're angels💫

I'm an ex-fitness professional transitioning into my senior years with style, grace and health. This was a great workout - focused on core and major body areas, easy to tailor to any fitness level, and safe enough for everyone. Most important thing to do is to pay attention to your body - find that Goldilocks zone for you (not too hard/ not too easy). I'm very glad I found this workout - I needed a creative kick (pardon the pun)!

Okay so after years of on and off relationship with exercise, I have FINALLY decided to make it a lifelong commitment.
*Current weight* - 65kgs
*Target weight* - 52kgs
I can do zero full pushups, 5 burpees and plank for 1min right now.
*Goal:* 25 full pushups, 20burpees, 3min plank
*Judgement day-* December 31
I’m declaring this publicly to remain accountable. I’ll post regular updates.

*Final result:* I have partially achieved my goals. I can do 15 burpees now, 2 min plank, but only one full pushup.
I couldn’t check my weight because I broke my weighing scale by accidentally dropping it, but last I checked it was 57kgs. So it should be below that now.
I saw great progress in my measurements though.

After:-
Chest 35”
Waist 28”
Thighs 22.5”
Arms 11.75”
I’m fairly happy with the results. But I’m not stopping yet. I have picked up an even tougher challenge for myself!💪🏻

I NEVER comment on UA-cam videos, but I had to say that I LOVE FitnessBlender videos! I'm a teacher doing distance teaching from my classroom right now, and these 30-minute workouts are perfect for my between-Zoom times, and the kids don't have to know that I stink to high heaven! And I agree with the other posters: Kelli and Daniel are amazing. They're encouraging, positive, funny, and excellent teachers. I love the bloopers, the lawnmower, the camera-side dog, etc. It makes you human and really relatable. You create serious workouts without taking yourselves seriously, and I think that's what makes these so much better than the rest. Thanks for kicking my butt and letting me enjoy it. :)
Can we just appreciate how they took the time to edit out the sound for short bits during the cool down to save us from the "lovely ambience" of the lawn mower 😂

I have tried many cardio videos on other channels and this is the only one I always go back to do a few times a week. It is tough to keep going in the middle but the cool down feels so rewarding. Could I please ask for a wrist free version since I have wrist injuries? Thanks!

I did a mixture of high and low impact. I love that there’s no repeat exercise because I feel like it goes so much faster (but sometimes I like the repeating exercise). Thanks for always being such a great workout program that I look forward too!

My gym closed for the second time during this pandemic. I was able to hike and ride my bike, so I didn't miss the gym as much as I do now. I live in Phoenix. It was 91 at 6:00 a.m. Needless to say, outside is not pleasant. I found this 30 minute blender. I love it. I'm 74 years old. The options were great. I work out a lot, so the more strenuous moves worked for me.

I was feeling unmotivated and I put this workout off the whole day. Then I reminded myself that a FitnessBlender workout never feels forced - you guys always make me feel like I'm doing this for ME, not for the gains or to beat some kind of record. You just want me to move my body. So I thought "what the hell, I can move my body for 30 minutes". And now that I have I feel relaxed, refreshed, and motivated to move my body for 30 minutes tomorrow as well!
This is one of my favorite fitness blender cardio workouts. It makes my adhd at ease. Also, fyi, the lawn mower noise was like white noise. Relaxing!

This one flew right by, and was so fun to do! So many new moves - I love doing the kneeling plank rocker - and makes me sweat even while doing the low impact mods. Also, enjoyed the bloopers while being on the 'Workout Complete' high ;)

I stumbled across your videos during the first part of the quarantine, knowing I needed to keep moving and needing something low impact. I find the range of workouts on your site perfect for me and especially like that there is not distracting music being played underneath your voices. I am odd in that I do not enjoy music while I work out, I like it quiet. Even though I did return to the gym for a short time, underlying health issues have made me decide to keep working out from home and Fitness Blender is a way for me to stay motivated. I even find myself doing some of the movements during the day to keep limber or give me energy. I have recommended your site to several people and will continue to do so. Thank you.

I never comment on videos, but I feel the need to chime in! I have never been able to stick to a workout routine consistently..until I came across your channel. Your positive reinforcement has such a major impact on my outlook on exercising. I don’t feel discouraged or pressured, and am HAPPY to be active. I’ve tried other at-home exercise videos that were repetitive and “hard-core” (where the trainer motivated through making the viewer feel bad about themselves if they didn’t push hard enough to finish the routine) and thought that was the best way to force myself to workout. It wasn’t. Thank you so much for providing a variety of content and being a positive influence ❤️ I appreciate you! Can’t wait for your next video

Kelli, thank you so much for this feeling - the stress and guilt has MELTED out of me. Quite literally! There was a LOT of sweating for a workout that wasn't even THAT intense. I've been in quarantine for two weeks in a flat with very limited exercise space and I've been really missing my daily run. I thought this was going to be torture, with 2 weeks of very little exercise in between... but it wasn't. It was burning all over, but I never felt defeated. I was able to do the high impact version throughout, which really boosted my confidence and willingness. Now I can't wait for the next one!

I had been working out actively with Fitness Blenders since Februrary but somehow midway through September... I just gave up on myself, entirely. I slept at like 2 am yesterday but still forced myself to get up at 7 and told myself I gotta work out, no matter what! I ended up seeing this one and doing it even though I'm more of a strength person and I can't believe how fitting the message at the end was for my situation. Thanks a lot Kelli. So, I'm at week 10 of pregnancy. The height of fatigue and constipation and therefore frustration. This helped my anxiety soooo much. I went in thinking "okay just all low impact" and after the warmup I put on my big boobie sports bra and some shoes and did the high impact version to finish. You guys have helped me for years... when I started my fitness journey in college, way back in like 2014, and then when I transitioned to living in a new place all alone, even when I got married to a marine and traveled a bunch, and now as I'm going through a pregnancy... I wish I could hug you both😭💞 all I can say is thank you. Thank you so much for putting out the effort and energy so souls like me and every other viewer can access super quality and free workouts... you're angels💫
