PCB assembly is the process of assembling and soldering electrical components on a circuit board. The system is used for a wide range of electrical items that vary from TV remote controls to aircraft radar systems, and a million things in between. With such a huge variation in PCB requirements, it is no surprise that there are different many different types of PCB assembly processes.
3-D printing stainless steel stencil will be very expensive especially for very very tiny pots. Also the sensors closed about £10-£20 to order online. This company does them as a higher price but they are very big and they may be able to fit multiple in the area and charge less for you.
@@dvolkovy I don’t work for this company. I’m simply telling you that answer but if you’ve designed a product you need to be aware that designing the test fixture can take three times as long.
A company based in the United Kingdom for manufacturer is unlikely to compete with Indonesia so there is no point paying a lot of money for accurate translations
This is a company from the United Kingdom that shipping to Indonesia is very expensive and you have more affordable options where you are there is no of them translating a video that’s purely meant to show their process and it’s very expensive to translate it
Why would a company manufacturing things in the United Kingdom produce other languages for the subtitles or the video is very expensive for someone who is unlikely to be a customer?

Great video and thanks for sharing it.
Instead of cutting the stencil using the laser cutter, can you 3D print the stencil?

Nice video. What about ICT and JTAG tests ? Are you considering adding them to inline testing process?
Test procedures are customised. They are either provided by the client in a lot of cases or their reign fever and it’s likely expensive.
@UKsystems Great customer support! It only took you 3+ years to answer...
