C-Tug R Conversion

I've been struggling with a cart for my kayaks for as long as I've had kayaks. I bought the C-Tug a couple years ago and always felt like it was just ok. I made bunks to fit on my Old Town kayak better.
Recently, I saw the C-Tug R and the conversion kit and decided to try it out!

I got this conversion kit for my Compass. Frequently have the cart fall over while trying to put the yak on while on the ramp. Will try it out in the morning. Would have been nice to have written directions.
As usual, youtube saved the day.
