- In the second part of his 9th-century manuscript, Masalih al-Abdan wa al-Anfus (Sustenance for Bodies and Souls), al-Balkhi رَحِمَهُ ٱللَّٰهُ delved deeply into the intertwined nature of the body and soul, emphasizing the need to care for both aspects of the human condition.
Al-Balkhi's insights on psychosomatic medicine and cognitive therapy underscore the interconnectedness of physical health and mental well-being. His teachings remain relevant today, reminding us to care for our souls amidst global challenges.

Love this Question: 🧡🌷🌙
What Do You Do
When Your Soul is Worn down?
Alhamdulillah this is really beneficial and timely. Jazakallah Khairan to the team. Just one feedback: the background sound is making it hard to listen and concentrate. In fact it's louder than the actual audio. If it could be lowered it would be great.
Better to remove the music I'm agree 👍
The background music is distracting.
I think the background music makes it better
It helped me to go through it.
I agree. Music drowns out the voice. Can't hear a thing..
